Loved every minute, had great seats so felt involved
The show was excellent and so pleased we went. Good seating and was pleased with our position. All the artists performed do well and Jeff Wayne conducting was brilliant.
When the show started it was amazing, the orchestra was was fantastic throughout can't flaunt them brilliant and you could feel the power of the music in your chest and my mouth just dropped opened. The effects were great and the fire balls and heat, we were on the flat seat row K in The Brighton Centre and we definitely felt the heat. The story amazing and Liam Neeson voice. The cast were excellent some better than others, artillerymen, Beth, Nathaniel and journalist voices brilliant, Cassie was a little flat and off key when she came out. But like I said before the stars of the show are definitely the orchestra. The first half of the show amazing the second not as good as the first half I think that's because the first half is so amazing and intense. We were very disappointed on one thing we paid for sliver VIP tickets and VIP merchandise but it wasn't what we expected. We didn't even get a program with it or free drinks just postcards poster lanyard playing cards and a rubik cube was disappointed and we weren't the only ones that was expecting more. We would recommend the show to people as it's fantastic but some elements disappointing.
The venue was nice and easy to find, parking was very convenient and straightforward, bigger spaces would be nicer for the amount you pay. Cheaper prices for beverages would also be nice, nearly nine pound for a pint of lager is outrageous. The disappointing thing was the seats being side-on to the stage, we spent the whole time looking sideways, I wanted to see the side screen and instead I got the back of my neighbours head, that said the show was fantastic and we couldn't let it spoil our night. Co-op live sort your seating out.
Bought the tickets for my husband because he has always wanted to go but I really enjoyed it as well. It was at the Brighton centre and we sat in south stalls row D seats nine and ten. Excellent view excellent show
A fantastic show, amazing music and effects. Great cast.
This was a treat for my eldest brothers 70th Birthday as when I was 14 in 1978 he brought home the album and played it many times I had already listened to the moody blues through my brother Geoff … and loved it … so what better way to celebrate his Birthday… excellent show wasn't sure what to expect … music was brilliant actors playing the characters fantastic…. And although I couldn't imagine anyone else doing the voiceover other than Richard Burton ….Liam Neeson did an excellent job …. The flames where totally unexpected but added to the whole atmosphere… Thoroughly enjoyed by all ….. absolutely recommended…
It was breathtaking, amazing and beyond what I expected- need to go again!
Loved the show, loved the updates from the last time we saw it. Still blown away by the musical score, which gives you shivers even now. All the musicians, actors/singers amazing, and Jeff Wayne, well, genius
Show was amazing ! Seats were on west balcony row k , awful veiw could not see half of it had to move in the interval ,, that row should be sold with a warning of restricted veiw!
This had been on my bucket list for over 20 years and it was so well worth the wait!!! The show was amazing 🥰
We were in south stall row G seat 41 and 42. My husband said I couldn't have picked a better seat. We had the perfect view of the stage. The show itself was really really good. The stars of the show were brilliant. We had a really brilliant time. We booked it last year and it came round so quick. The whole night was worth the money.
Just superb..... best thing ive ever seen..... 1000000000% go see it !
What a talented group of musicians and singers. It was an amazing night. Loved it. Highly recommend.
Show was amazing. Musicians were brilliant special effects were wonderful.
Absolutely brilliant and well worth going to watch
This was the 4th time of seeing the show and I took my partner who was seeing for the first time. So obviously I knew how good it would be, and her react is summed up in one word, awesome. Excellent performances by all the singers and the orchestra, oh the orchestra. From the moment the first bars are played, that's it, I'm spellbound. If you are hesitating whether to go or not, go, you'll never forget it.
Thoroughly enjoyed. Was a Christmas present from family. Worth waiting for.
My family and I were blown away by the production of War of the Worlds stage show. There was so much going on. The musicians and performers were outstanding as was the lighting, pyrotechnics and sound. I would love to see it all again
I enjoyed every minute of this show. The set was fabulous, the background graphics had been upgraded and improved, and the live singers did a fine job. I'd absolutely recommend this to all WotW fans. Jeff Wayne is a musical genius 😁
