About

With a record streak of completely selling out their events from London to Manchester, from Cardiff to Glasgow & more, Day Fever is guaranteed to be the afternoon where you will dance like no other.

Vicky McClure speaks for us all when she says, 'We knew that there were people out there, like us, who would want to spend a Saturday afternoon partying the day away, but nothing prepared us for the avalanche of tickets that flew out the door! We quickly realised that people wanted more and more, so here we are! Get your dancing shoes on again, boys and girls, because Day Fever has arrived in Ireland, in Dublin. It's one of the world's great party cities!'

  • Pick your venue carefully

I've been to a few of this and had the best time, until Edinburgh, music was not the usual standard, not enough 90s music at all! I can say Newcastle ones I have been to are brilliant!

  • What a blast!!!

First time to a Day Fever - Southampton 05/04/2025. The start of the day was a little slow for my liking. I like 70's music but for me it needed a shorter shelf life. However the rest of the day was fabulous and we danced, laughed and drank until the end. The DJs were fab, music was from all different eras and the whole hall was filled with people dancing and just generally having a great time. The bars were easily accessible and although it was busy we had enough space around us to dance comfortably and have a fantastic day. Thank you for thinking of doing this!!!!

  • Disappointed

by Dancing Queen Bicester on 07/04/2025O2 Academy Oxford - OxfordRating: 4 out of 5

Having gone to the first Day Fever in Oxford in February which was amazing, great party atmosphere and DJs and stage dancers we were disappointed this time. The DJ lacked personality and didn't get the crowd going, same with the dancers with her. Last event was Vicky McClure's husband and another (Vicky filming elsewhere). We enjoyed ourselves but definitely lacking.

  • Great fun

by Tuna on 07/04/2025O2 Guildhall Southampton - SouthamptonRating: 4 out of 5

Had a great time fantastic music from all the decades. Guildhall was cool with doors open not too crowded. Great mix of folk. Security removed drunk irritants. People allowed on stage dancing all given a chance. Did feel let down Vicky McClure wasn't there as advertising seemed to say she was?? Might be my mistake. Recommend but not on a beautiful sunny day typical!

Had a blast, really nice to go somewhere without 18 year olds hogging the dancefloor. The music was superb. Danced me socks off!!

  • Good time had by all

A good Funtime. Wish there had been less rave music or more of a mix during event.

  • Fun if you like cheesy classics

by Leah on 30/03/2025Rating: 2 out of 5

I was expecting more of a daytime rave with upbeat and new tunes. Instead I felt like I was at a wedding with the DJs and on stage Bez impersonators trying to rally the crowd into having 'fun'. Maybe I didn't do enough research. There were lots of people enjoying themselves but for me, even at the ripe old age of 46, I don't want to dance to 'Come on Eileen', 'YMCA', or ABBA songs.

  • Okay.....

Just a dj on the stage, screen behind flashing up various 80's, 90's videos ( no connection to the music playing) and the dj's mate dancing on stage. Not really sure of the point? Best bit was catching up with old friends.
