By bus: We're lucky that we are well connected. City 5 starts at Oxford railway station, through the city centre and straight to Cowley Road, very close to our venue, around 100 metres. By train: Oxford railway station is around two miles away, with lines for London, Reading, Didcot Parkway, Banbury, Birmngham and further afield, with First Great Western, CrossCountry and Chiltern Railways. All details on accessibilty features of rail stations, entrance and exits, services including ramps, height adjustable counters, indication loops, toilets (radar key), and and staff support can be found at National Rail.

We are are easy to get to by all major approach roads, including the M40, A40, A34 an A44. If you are driving, the local streets have limited options. There is Union Street car park, behind Tesco Metro, opposite to our venue for pay and display parking. Use sat nav OX4 1JP. Charges vary, so check when you park.

Wheelchair spaces They do not have any designated areas on the floor, unfortunately, so if you would kindly get in touch with them prior to booking, they can discuss any arrangements, depending on the type of event you wish to attend. Accessible Ticketing booking procedure: Please get in touch with the Venue before you buy your tickets by e-mailing access@o2academyoxford.co.uk to inform them of any access or personal assistant requirements you may have. After that part's done, and you've purchased your ticket via www.ticketmaster.co.uk just get back in touch with the Venue to finish up your reservation. They will do their best to make it as smooth a process as possible for you. Companion ticket If you need a ticket for a companion, carer or personal assistant, please just let them know when you book. Gigs: No under 8s please (think about it), but feel free to contact us if you are unsure and avoid disappointment. 8-13 years, you'll need to attend with an adult (18+).

Our smaller venue, O2 Academy2 Oxford it is on an upper level, with several steps and two turns to the auditorium. No cameras, video cameras or audio recording. No food, bottles, cans or alcohol to be brought onto the premises. No smoking. Security measures are in place so there will be bag checks on arrival. Only one small bag per person is permitted, and it must not be bigger than A4 size. Height: 29.7cm Width: 21cm Depth: 15cm Large bags, including rucksacks, are not allowed and there are no facilities to leave any luggage so please make alternative arrangements. If you really have to bring a bag and its preferable you don't, please make sure its small.
