It had periods of decent music but generally I thought the music was awful. Very mixed up and very cheesy. I went with all intention of not drinking but I actually needed to asi wanted to start to see if it improved/see what the fuss was about. I like the idea of it being early and going home early. But unless they did a "genre day" eg Indie Disco etc I wouldn't go back. Sorry!

Will not be back

We were really looking forward to having a wee dance to disco music during the day. Arrived for 3 o'clock kick off music was good ( our era as they say). The first DJ played good disco music (although would've been better if there was more 80/90 music e.g Earth Wind and Fire, Michael Jackson , Frankie goes to Hollywood) but when it changed to the guy DJ we were not impressed, his choice of music was not great , it was more for younger people , not for the over 30s as far as we were concerned. Ok they have to cater for everyone but we expected the music to be in the region if 70/80 and 90s. We left at 6.00 so no idea if it ever got better !

There was an hour of less well known stuff which dampened the atmosphere a little. DJ should have stuck with popular classics for dancing and singing too. No Vicky Mclure DJ'ing which was disappointing.

Being aimed at 40-70 year olds, I thought the music would cater for that age group but instead it was like being in a regular club for 18-30 year olds!!! I spoke with someone else who travelled a long way to be there, who had the same view.
