Multi award-winning actor and comedian

Considered one of the most influential British comedians since Charlie Chaplin, (he received the Charlie Chaplin Britannia Award for Excellence in Comedy 2016 BAFTA/LA) Ricky Gervais is the creator and star of The Office, Extras, Derek, and the critically acclaimed Netflix hit After Life. 

Following the global success of his two previous Netflix stand-up specials ‘Humanity’ and ‘Supernature’, 2023 saw Gervais release a third special and his biggest to date, ‘Armageddon’. It won a Golden Globe, was the global number 1 most-watched show on Netflix, and followed a record-breaking international tour, selling out 85 arena dates across the world. Gervais’s show at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles entered the Guinness Book of World Records as the highest-grossing comedy gig ever. 

Gervais has won countless awards across his career, and enjoyed huge critical success for the outstanding three series of After Life. His hit series The Office is the most successful British comedy of all time, shown in more than 90 countries, with 13 remakes. 

Ricky has hosted the Golden Globes awards five times, in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2016 and 2020.

    was really looking forward to this show but from 30 mins before the support it wasn't going to go well. A woman sat behind and was drunk , shouting and swearing, Her and boyfriend ruined the support and we asked them to be quiet. Of course they became nasty. I told a head Stewart about this issues and promised they would be watched. They did the same during Ricky and people around were asking them to be quiet and not a steward to be seen. Its noticeable the lack of staff in the building compared with the Manchester arenas

    Ricky was his usual acerbic self if a little "careful"at times Still a really entertaining show with lots of belly laughs and "ouch"laughs too Please keep being your usual self Ricky. The number of sell out shows and extra dates prove that you are not going to get cancelled anytime soon because us, the audience, will always be there for you

    I love Ricky Gervais's raw humour, he says it how it is!! He was so funny from the beginning to the end! The two support acts were really good too. They performed for about half an hour from 7.30 pm - 8 pm. Then RG came on from about 8.10 pm - 9.20 pm, with no break. Worth every penny! His material was original & fresh!

    Saw Ricky Gervais for the second time in a couple of years and he did not disappoint! Funny, observational , diverting humour- starts at the beginning and by the end you're inevitably somewhere else- that is why he is brilliant! He literally owned the audience....

    First time seeing Ricky Gervais LIVE! Seen all others of his shows on TV, very entertaining n extremely funny. Would deffo see him again live and well worth the money !! His support act needs to been seen LIVE as was good Anybody out there whom hasn't seen Ricky yet DO SO, you will not be disappointed!!
