There are two car parks immediately adjacent to the building both priced £7. The smaller car park on the Hyde Rd side of the building caters for our disabled patrons with a limited number of spaces used on a first come first served basis. *** Patrons are asked to use official car parks at all times ***

Box Office Hours

The box office is open from 5.00pm on event days only.

Box Office Collection Accepted

Collect from the venue on the day of the show during box office opening hours. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.

General Rules

The O2 Apollo Manchester is an entirely no smoking venue. A designated smoking area is available when possible. Anyone found smoking anywhere within the venue will be requested to leave without refund. Professional-standard cameras, video cameras, GoPros, iPads/tablets and audio recording devices are not permitted. No food or drink is permitted. Children Rules

Children under 2 do not require a ticket. Please check event restrictions and suitability prior to purchasing a ticket If the show is not specifically aimed at an adult-only audience, children aged one year and older are admitted providing they can sit up straight in a seat and that the parent is confident the child will not be a distraction for other members of the audience. Everyone must have a valid ticket. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove noisy children. If any discounts are available for children, the maximum age to qualify is 16 years old.
