We have two train stations nearby. Bournemouth railway station is around 2,000 metres away from the venue. It's on the South West main line for services to and from London and Weymouth. Tickets left for collection can be picked up on the door, on the day of the event, from when doors open. Please take the Ticketmaster reference number and the card used as payment with you.

Free on street parking can be found in the local area. Hawkwood Road main car park is long stay, use postcode BH5 1BY for sat nav. It has two disabled parking bays and is around 300 metres away. At weekends, the Sovereign Centre car park is just next door and is open until midnight on Friday and Saturday, charges apply.

Once your tickets have been booked, get back in touch with us to finish up your reservation. We will do our best to make this as smooth a process as possible for you.

Non-professional camers are fine (no large lenses), no re-admission, no food and drink and no smoking.

Gigs: The minimum age is 8 unless with written permission from venue management. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. Under 18s events are 13 to 17yrs only Clubs: Strictly over 18s (Photographic ID will be required)

We have bars, a cloakroom to leave your stuff and if you're visiting us for the first time, just ask any of our friendly staff to show you the way. Please try and travel light as cloakroom facilities are limited, so if you really need to bring a bag, please make sure that it is small (laptop size or small handbag).
