First time to bestival. Absolutely amazing. The whole event so well planned. Plenty of food choice. Music acts amazing. Fireworks at the end were brilliant. A must event with friends. Will be back next year.

  • Great fun festival

Loved Bestival. Good facilities, choice of food and drink, natural amphitheatre so you can either get close up of have a great view further back. Loads of activities for families and kids! Loved the chill out zone and crafts. Eclectic music options so plenty for all. Couple of big name acts bombed out a bit in my opinion, but overall great!

Thank you Camp Bestival for yet another amazing year at Lulworth Castle. The line up was great, the food variety perfect for all family members and the glorious sunshine was just an added bonus. We will definitely be back again next year :-)

  • Always awesome

by 3rd year attending on 29/07/2024Lulworth Castle - DorsetRating: 4 out of 5

This is out 3rd year in a row attending, it's awesome, adult entertainment, children's entertainment…something for everyone. After our first experience of general camping we now opt for camping plus. This years car park to camping field was by far a better set up than last year. Less hilly. The campsite is clean, had all you need and a good distance to the main arena. The kids plus meal pass this year was really worthwhile and great value for money. The choice of food, drinks, stages, events and stools is great. So great we will be booking for next year. This really is a family favourite of ours and a perfect opportunity to catch il with friends and make continued and cherished memories. There is attention to detail at every corner, you see something new at every turn. If I had to highlight any improvement it would be to have designated walk throughs at the main stage. Being handed a black bag for waste and a clear for recycling using entering the campsite would be helpful. That said, neither of these points detract from the experience overall. Well done all

  • Amazing family friendly festival

by Tash on 29/07/2024Lulworth Castle - DorsetRating: 5 out of 5

An amazing few days at Camp Bestival in Dorset. I'd highly recommend for anyone with babies all the way up to teens. There's so much to do. My only negative comment would be the festival went to so much effort posting everyone child safety bands to write telephone numbers on but there wasn't a single bar of signal for the full three days so I dread to think what would have happened if you did lose a child. It also made it impossible to meet up with other friends at the festival. Please sort this out for next year, we didn't have the same problem last time so not sure why we did this year.

  • Not impressed

by Hayley Wales on 29/07/2024Lulworth Castle - DorsetRating: 2 out of 5

First time visiting. Paid for boutique camping which was the furthest away from everything. Had to walk miles with trailer, chairs etc. to get to main stage. Tents were also next to a busy road where trucks would pull up to empty the toilets about 20 feet from our tent at breakfast, lunch and tea which stank. No washing up facilities either. Tent was lovely and everything else was fantastic but that spoiled it

  • Not impressed this year

by Family of 4 on 29/07/2024Lulworth Castle - DorsetRating: 2 out of 5

Camp bestival has made the festival smaller to get more campers in, toilets were disgusting and showers were freezing. Nothing really standard out this year and each year the price rises. Fireworks were really good Sunday felt so busy and crowded

  • Brilliant

Third year going and this was the best yet! Very safe, well organised.

  • Fantastic family feel

by Stu on 28/07/2024Lulworth Castle - DorsetRating: 4 out of 5

Was a slight lack of quality or "known" artists through the day / but the highlights were definitely MR TUMBLE and Paloma faith . Staff super friendly , loads of activities for the kids , and things were not too overpriced .

  • Amazing but need signal

by Traveller on 27/07/2024Lulworth Castle - DorsetRating: 4 out of 5

We loved it but had anxiety over not being able to call our teen who was at bestival also with mates , no WiFi signal or phone signal at all all day which gave us anxiety not being able to Contact our son !! This would stop us staying any longer next year , we only came for the day and this was a massive let down !!!

  • A lovely festival, great day out

by Sid on 27/07/2024Lulworth Castle - DorsetRating: 5 out of 5

The actual festival is absolutely brilliant, we always go for a day and it depends on headliners as to what day. We came on Friday, had the best day plus the sun shone all day. Our big complaint is that the car parks aren't lit very well when you go back to your car and there are no stewards in the fields and it was very confusing as to which way to get out.
