Any bus to the town centre serves the venue. Taxis are available nearby.

Tickets left for collection can be picked up from the box office at the venue from one hour before the event starts onwards. Please take the card used to purchase the tickets and your Ticketmaster reference number.

There is a car park to the rear of the venue on Bricket Road.

The ground level of the auditorium is accesible for wheelchair users and offers purpose built access to disabled toilets in the foyer. An infa-red system for the hard of hearing is also available. To book special needs tickets, please call the box office on 01727 844 488.
