Collect from the Box Office during the hour prior to the performance. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets so please take the credit card and the Ticketmaster reference number to enable collection. If you have any queries regarding this then please contact the customer services department.

Car parking is available in Golden Square, behind the Music Hall. There is a multi-storey car park on the corner of Huntley Street and Chapel Street. Designated disabled parking places are on the opposite side to the Music Hall in Golden Square.

The venue is accessible for wheelchairs, and access to the hall can be made by ringing the doorbell at the first door on Golden Square, which leads to all areas of the building. An infra-red sound enhancement system is available for customers with impaired hearing. Headsets can be obtained from a member of Front of House Staff. There is a Concert bar which offers drinks half an hour before the performance, and during the interval. Interval drinks can be pre-ordered. Tea and Coffee is available in the performance evenings.
