Box Office Hours To purchase tickets in person, O2 Academy Liverpool Box Office is open for cash ticket sales between 10.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday.

Box Office Collection Accepted Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: Any tickets booked in advance for collection may be picked up on the day of the event only, after the doors open. Please don't forget the original credit card used and the booking confirmation code given as proof of purchase. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.
