No holds barred comedian from Down Under

Comedian/actor/writer and Australia native Jim Jefferies is one of the most popular and respected comedians of his generation, entertaining audiences across the globe with his provocative, belief-challenging, and thought-provoking comedy.

The comedian has released a total of ten stand-up specials since Contraband in 2008, including his most recent 2023 special High & Dry on Netflix, his 5th special for the streaming service. In the special, newly married and loving life with his wife and kids, Jefferies sounds off on the laziness of koala bears, the injustices of male pattern baldness and the reason why he’ll never drink again.

Jefferies has also appeared and starred in films and TV including the comedy series Legit which he co-wrote, executive produced and starred for FX. Jim hosted and co-created the popular Comedy Central series, The Jim Jefferies Show which ran 3 seasons from 2017-2019.

In 2019, Jim was honoured as Stand-Up Comedian of the Year at the Just for Laughs Festival.

Jim’s newest worldwide tour, Son of a Carpenter, launches in 2025.

    Having missed out on 2 live performances in the past, Jim lives up to his reputation. Whether you like him or not, he is the fresh breeze of controlled vulgarity which can be a shock to the system. Jim brings a sense of humor which is mostly apolitical - poking fun at nonsensical behaviors, himself and the general human condition. As a lifelong fan, everything I expected and more. Half of the support act was funny... Neither support act lived up to Jim.

    Had a great evening with my two sons at the Jim Jefferies "Son of a Carpenter"tour. First time seeing Jim live. Would highly recommend the show to anyone. The show is not for kids, as the topics and language are fruity! I would definately see him again.
