KSI was my favourite to see but all acts did amazing last year!!!!
Absolutely loved our evening, great family atmosphere. All the acts were amazing especially Teddy and Tom Grennan! Booked for next year 🎉
Excellent concert with a great line-up but a truly terrible venue - disorganised chaos, horrendously expensive prices and more people stocking shelves than serving items from them. Absolute carnage and not befitting of one of the UK's latest arenas - lots of improvement needed.
Great concert, shame about the problems getting in the venue the concert had started when we got to our seats. Still waiting on the souvenir tickets that were also purchased.
We enjoyed hitts live but the beginning wasnt good after begining told not to arrive before 6 with it being the man city match, for then to queue up 1hr 20 mins in the rain , we were soaking then to get in and we we missed jax jones !
Arena not easily accessible on foot. Absolute chaos on arrival. Had no idea where to queue. Very unhelpful stewardesses unable to direct me to correct queue as just kept saying log in to the app to show which entrance on ticket. Prior to event followed instructions to download ticket via the coop live app, did so and nothing showed on ticket which entrance. Bad phone signal so unable to download anything to check. Just took a chance and joined a very long queue which took at least half hr to get in. In venue availabilty of drinks was poor. We were block 108 and both bar and shop put barriers up. Lady behind bar just pointed to get drink down there. Long queue at bar and this was during performance. Only wanted a bottle of water so did without drink for 5 hrs. Signage not great around venue. Wouldn't go again or recommend to others.
The show itself was absolutely fantastic loved every minute of it. However, the queues to get in were awful, we waited over an hour and a half and queued for miles. There was loads of entrances but everyone was being told to go to entrance D which caused even more chaos and took longer. By the time we got in and seated, we missed the first act and the start of the second. In my opinion, it needs to be better organised from the coop arena staff and it would be a lot better at the AO arena as everyone was able to get straight off trains whereas at coop arena had to use trams as was way out of city and was harder to get to. We have been for three years now and never had any problems at the AO arena.
Fab event as ever. Great mix of artists, breaks for the kids and noise levels. Really got the crowd going. Just let down by Co-op Lives terrible organisation in getting people in the venue. Queued for 40mins to get in. No clear guidance as to which queue to join. Long queues meant despite arriving well in time missed the first act as outside in the rain. Just not good enough. How do the other Manchester venues manage it but not Co-op live?!? Not good enough
Avoid Coop Live for events! We arrived at the venue at 18.30 (1/2 hour before start) to be told we needed to go through entrance D and join that queue. That queue was huge, it took is almost 5 minutes to walk to the end of it! We then stood in the pouring rain in the queue slowly moving along with 100's of people behind us also. The show started at 19.00! We were still outside! At approx 19.10 the queue started to move quickly and we realised that the football crowds would be out soon so we needed to be moved quickly away from the Etihad stadium/Tram stop area. When we got close to Coop live, we were told we could now use entrance C. We eventually got to our seats (not having time to use the toilet/bar) at 19.30 and had already missed one of the acts - Jax Jones! The rest of the concert was great.
A good night out but I felt that an artist came on and built up the atmosphere only for it then to be lost because there was such a gap between artists. Obviously there needs to be time in between artists to get them set up but too many times there was just nothing happening inbetween to keep the audience entertained so the atmosphere was lost. There were DJ's from Hits Radio who very occasionally came on but they should have been on after every artist. In this respect it could have been a whole lot slicker. Tom Grennan was great, as was Teddy Swims, Cian Ducret and Clean Bandit. Rita Ora looked like she couldn't really be bothered, Perrie only seems bothered about getting a cheer when she took her coat off and KSI tried bless him, but he really can't sing. It was an entertaining night out but now I've been once I probably wouldn't go again, although at least the ticket prices were reasonable.
What a night it was absolutely fantastic went with my teenage daughter and family and we all loved it. Was the first year we have been will definitely be trying for tickets next year.
Love hits radio live this is our fourth year of going, and really like the Co Op live
We had a fantastic time! Can't wait to go next year!!! Xxx
Fantastic yet again and this time in the new coop live arena. I would like to say that the arena was very well organised for getting everyone in and out. Hits radio live is very family friendly and an absolutely brilliant show. So good to see so many great acts in one night. Book you won't be disappointed. I have booked for next year already xx
Wow, the most amazing night. Thoroughly enjoyed it, with brilliant acts. The atmosphere was fantastic, and loved every minute of it. The only downside of it, was the price I'd drinks which I felt was extortionate.
The show itself was good. The venue was not great. The ques were horrendous to get inside despite getting there early. We were stood in torrential rain and We missed the first act and some of the second act because of the ques. Once inside the staff were OK but I have never had a que so long to get into a venue
A really good venue and only took a few minutes to enter once doors opened security check quick. As for artist a really good night would recommend hits live.
Had a good time. Missed 1/2 artists as think it must have started at 7ish. I arrived at the Co Op arena at approximately 6.50pm - it took 25 minutes to get in the building with queues and poor organisation. Sounding wasn't great.
Enjoyed the venue and the artists.Frustrating start to the evening.Missed the first act due to long queuing in the rain.Felt like we had left plenty of time to arrive at venue and be in on time.
Great from start to finish, my daughter is in a wheelchair, staff ready to help, and guide us to our seats, great views, nothing obstructing her vision, fantastic artists too, fabulous evening.bery enjoyable
