About
Arsenal Football Club
Based in the heart of North London, Arsenal Football Club is one of the most successful football clubs in England. Home to the Gunners is the state of the art, 60,000 capacity, Emirates Stadium where all men’s first team competitive home games and several women’s first team games are played each season.
The club has forged a pioneering reputation both on and off the pitch during its long, auspicious history. Established in 1886, Royal Arsenal was founded by a group of workers in the Arsenal munitions factory in Woolwich. In 1913, the club made the bold move north to Islington and soon became the powerhouse of English football that it is today.
With a track record of success across both men’s and women’s football, Arsenal has amassed 13 league titles and a record 14 FA Cup victories in the men’s game, with the women’s team claiming 15 league titles and 14 FA Cups to date – both English records.
With the youngest squad and manager in the Premier League and a renewed optimism and connection between the club and supporters, Emirates Stadium is a fortress with an electric atmosphere - welcome to everyone.
