NB: In Milton Keynes a road letter scheme is in use: secondary B roads are labelled V or H, denoting the fact that they run horizontally or vertically across the country.
The venue is situated on “V4 Watling Street” on the west side of Milton Keynes and is signposted from the outskirts and at major junctions within a 10 mile radius.
If traveling from the north exit junction 15 of M1 then A508, or, approach A5 southbound; from the east approach via A422; from the South, exit M1 junction 13, or, approach A5 northbound and from the west via A421.
Nearest rail: Milton Keynes Central.
Rail:
The railways will be operating additional late night services from Milton Keynes Central to London Euston. Services will operate until Midnight. Additional trains will be stopping at Milton Keynes Central Station for the outward journey from London.

From Milton Keynes central railway station exit right and walk for 50 metres and then turn right on to a footbridge over the railway line. This is pedestrian cycleway redway system “Leisure Route 51” and a 25-30 minute (just over one mile) signposted walk to the Bowl. Please bear in mind your return journey to the rail station may take longer due to the number of concertgoers exiting the venue at the same time. Patrons using rail transport are reminded that it is their responsibility to allow enough time to make the necessary rail connections when leaving the venue. Due to other events taking place on the same weekend it is also advisable to allow plenty of time for your outward journey from London.
There is no permanent on-site box office for the Milton Keynes Bowl.
Pre-paid tickets can be collected from the box office and will be available from two hours before the event. Customers must take credit card and Ticketmaster Reference Number to collect the tickets.
There are various car parks in the immediate vicinity of the Bowl. In addition, patrons can use parking areas laid out on the Southern side of Milton Keynes City Centre and take the pedestrian cycleway redway system “Leisure Route 51” a 25-30 minute (just over one mile) signposted walk to the venue from adjacent Milton Keynes Central Railway station. Please use car parks provided as illegally parked cars will be towed away.

Wallet chains will not be allowed.
No video cameras or recording devices.
No barbecues, fires or fireworks etc.
No bottles, cans or alcoholic beverages are permitted.
No camping on the site.

DO’S
Do allow ample time for your journey.
Do keep your ticket with you at all times.
Do allow ample time to take advantage of the toilet facilities.
Do bring weatherproof clothing.
Do put any rubbish in the bins provided for you.
Do look for official vendors and concessions stalls.
Do avoid unlicensed traders outside of the grounds offering inferior goods.
Do bring bottles of water or soft drink, but they must be in plastic bottles of 500ml with an unbroken seal.
DON’Ts:
Do not bring food, alcohol, glass or rigid containers into The National Bowl.
Do not arrive with any form of audio or visual recording equipment, as they will removed by security.
Do not bring glass bottles, seating (including folding chairs), fireworks, smoke canisters, flags, banners, umbrellas, poles or any sharp or hazardous items.
Do not leave valuables on display in your vehicle.
Do not bring animals unless guide dogs for the blind or the deaf.
Do not camp on site.
For some events there is no minimum age of admittance and under fives go free of charge. This does NOT apply for music concerts and there will be a minimum age of admittance - please navigate to your chosen event booking page and check for specific age restrictions for that event.
For Kings Of Leon and Pearl Jam - Age restrictions: these Events are not suitable for young children. Children under 5 (Aged 4 or below) are NOT permitted at Milton Keynes Bowl. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 or over) at all times.
The National Bowl is a grass ampitheatre, crescent shaped and gently sloping down to the stage.
The bowl is surrounded by a wire perimeter fence with several entrances and exits allowing access from all sides.
Once within the perimeter fence any part of the bowl is accessible.
All tickets are general admission and no areas of the bowl have a restricted view.
Medical and catering facilities are available for each event.
Customers are not permitted to bring chairs into the grounds.No personal chairs will be allowed into the bowl. Canopies are not allowed unless a permit is sought from the organisers. Camping is not allowed.
There is a licensed bar and stalls selling hot/cold food.
This is an open air venue. Please dress appropriately for the prevailing weather conditions.
On arrival at the Bowl, only surrender your ticket for checking by official security staff positioned at the gates bordering the arena. Your ticket stub will be removed and you will retain the main part of the ticket. There is no readmission to the concert arena so please ensure you have everything with you before you surrender your ticket.
Each person must be in possession of a ticket, there are no discounts or child concessions.
Do not attempt to enter the Gold Circle without an applicable Gold Circle ticket.
Gold Circle ticket holders will need a wristband in order to gain entry to the enclosure.
The concert will be uncovered.
The concert will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.
Please bring clothing appropriate to the expected weather conditions, and sunscreen.
Please note that there will not be any left luggage facility.
