Monday - Saturday: 10:00 - start of the performance
Collect from the venue on the day of the show in the hour before the start of the performance. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.
Parking at NCP Whitcomb Street. Street parking is very limited - we strongly advise the use of public transport.
Wheelchair users will need help at the theatre entrance; please inform the Box Office in advance and they will arrange for staff to assist you and make ramps from the street and foyer available. There is a space at the back of the dress circle (Which is on the same level as the foyer), which can accommodate a wheelchair with a maximum length of 92cm (distance between back wall and next row). Staff are happy to help you but wheelchair patrons must be accompanied by an able bodied companion. There are no accessible toilets at the Comedy Theatre, however, if the Royal Room is unoccupied its private toilet (via six steps) may be made available to patrons with walking difficulties. Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat. No babes in arms. Young children are admitted but not encouraged unless the parent is confident that the child is old enough to be attentive to the performance and not a distraction for other members of the audience. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children.
The theatre consists of four levels: Orchestra stalls, dress circle, royal circle, balcony. Latecomers will not be admitted. Capacity: 780 approx.
