Another Great Night

This time's selections were almost entirely from The Lamb... and Selling England... and what incredible versions they were too. The musicians that Steve has surrounded himself with are exceptional, and the vocals, both lead and harmony, are peerless. And that's without mentioning Steve's solo work, which makes up the first part of the show. With his latest album, The Circus & The Night Whale, he's reached yet another peak, and while there was only space for 3 tracks from that album, again, his classic tracks and a few more obscure tracks were fantastic to hear. The petition starts here for Steve to play Defector in full on the next round. The show ran to over 2 and half hours (excluding interval), so no quibbles about value for money either. All in all a fantastic show, and if there's anyone who's been on the fence about going to see Steve live, I wholeheartedly say "go, you won't regret it".
