Public transport is by far the easiest way to get to the venue, but if you are driving, please remember that O2 Forum Kentish Town is in a residential area, which means they are in a Controlled Parking Zone that's just for residents and permit holders. Disabled Parking: The venue is on a busy main road, so if you need to do a drop off, please be careful and use the adjacent street, Greenwood Place.
https://academymusicgroup.com/o2forumkentishtown/access O2 Forum Kentish Town takes the needs of disabled customers and those with specific access requirements very seriously and actively encourages all patrons to attend the events scheduled at the venue. We advise patrons to contact the venue via email access@o2forumkentishtown.co.uk or telephone on 020 3362 4110 to reserve a space in the accessible area and/or a companion ticket as soon as the event is announced, once the venue has confirmed patrons can purchase a standard ticket via www.ticketmaster.co.uk. The telephone line opens at Midday and closes at 4pm and operates Monday to Friday. Please do not call outside of these hours as you will be asked to call back. Due to Licensing and Health & Safety Assessments, we regret the number of wheelchairs that we can admit to the main auditorium is limited and we must treat all patrons on a first come first served basis. It's always best to check the age restrictions for each event in advance as they vary from show to show. A few obvious ones: No under 8s please (think about it), but feel free to contact the venue if you're unsure and avoid disappointment. 8-13 years, you'll need to attend with an adult (18+) but check the event details. If it says 14+, 16+, 18+, 21+… be sure to check before you book and remember to carry proof of age if you need it. Clubs: Strictly Over 18s (Photographic ID required to gain entry). All customers are advised to bring proof of age to ensure entry as the venue operate Challenge 25.
What does 'stalls' mean? The stalls are downstairs in the auditorium. I have a balcony ticket, does that mean I am allocated a seat? Normally balcony seats are unreserved so it's a first come, first served affair. There is additional standing room in some circumstances, though.
