The theatre box office is open between 12pm & curtain from Tuesday to Saturday, on Sundays 12pm to 5pm, and on Mondays 12pm to 5.30pm.

Younger guests are welcome, however children under the age of 4 (including babes in arms) will not be admitted into the theatre. Children need to occupy their own seat at all times through the performance. All persons aged 15 or under must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and may not sit on their own within the auditorium. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.

The theatre is air-conditioned. An Infra-Red audio enhancement system is available for deaf or hearing-impaired patrons. Headsets and hearing aid loops are available and should be requested from a member of Front of House staff upon arrival.
