English rapper James Devlin, better known as Devlin, is part of the UK grime scene. He's notorious for having the best vocabulary in grime, draws on his working-class white background in East London as inspiration for his songs.
Devin will be bringing his The Outcast Tour around the UK this April in support of his new album, also tilted The Outcast, due for released on 15 March 2019.
