Darwen Railway and bus station are within a short walking distance.

There is no specific car park for the hall, there are on street level car parks surrounding the hall (fees may apply).
Nearest rail: Darwen station: The station is only a two to three minute walk from the venue. Bus routes: No 1 from Accrington and Blackburn. The Darwen Circus bus station is only two to three minutes walk from the venue.

Collect tickets from the main entrance during the hour prior to the performance. If you purchased your tickets online, please take credit card and Ticketmaster reference number as proof of purchase.
Free on-site parking is available. Street parking is available after 18:00. The nearest car park is Market roof top in School Street.

Wheelchair patrons and patrons with specific accessible need to book directly with the venue.

The Venue reserves the right to refuse admission at all times.
On occasions security checks may be carried out which may include pat downs and bag checks.

Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the event which may be the interval.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless an event is postponed or cancelled.
Parents will be expected to accompany children under the age of 16 who are attending concerts with no age restrictions.
Children of age 2 and above must occupy a seat and purchase a ticket.
Babes in Arms can attend and remain on parents knees for the performance. Car seats or prams cannot be taken to the seating area. Pram parks will be available.
There is a bar situated in the building, serving a range of alcoholic and soft drinks.
We recommend booking interval drinks in advance, which can be done in person at the bar.
