Monday to Friday 10:30am to 4pm, Saturday 10am til 2pm. (Closed Bank Holidays and Closed Saturdays in August). From an hour before show start time.

The Box Office is located in the foyer opposite the entrance doors. You will be asked to provide ID.

There is no on-site parking, though on-street parking is available. The nearest car park is located on Deyne Avenue, DN15 7PZ

The venue is accessible with a ramp to front door, disabled toilets, step free access to row C of the balcony, a hearing loop system in the Box Office and the Auditorium, and large print brochures available on request. There is no on-site parking. There are 4 disabled parking spaces on the public highway at the side of the building.

Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 at all times. For standing events, under 14s are not permitted in the standing area.
