Collect from the Box Office during the hour prior to the performance. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets so please take the credit card and the Ticketmaster reference number to enable collection. The latecomers policy varies for each show, latecomers will be admitted to the auditorium when a suitable break in the performance occurs but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

Hot food or any takeaway items are not permitted in our venue. We ask that customers avoid bringing food inside the auditorium if possible. Noisy snack items may be confiscated if interfering with the performance. We do not have any cloakroom facilities onsite. If you bring a large bag, it may be searched or refused from the auditorium. Bag checks will be in operation during your visit.
