Customers should walk south along Beach Road towards the ‘Sea Quarium’ where the site entrance gates are clearly visible and stewards and marshals can assist patrons further.

The card holder must be present and provide ID to collect the tickets. Tickets can only be left for collection within 5 days of the event. Purchases prior to this will be posted.

By Car: There will be special event parking on July 10th. All event traffic will be parked on the beach next to the event site. Please follow event-parking signage from Junction 21 and 22, M5. Event Car Parking is available from 6am. Parking for disabled event attendees will be in the parking bays on Marine Parade adjacent to and north of the Tropicana, these spaces will also be clearly signposted from the A370 (Beach Road). This will place them adjacent to the main entrance into the event arena.

Customers are not permitted to bring their own alcohol, food, bottles or cans in to the event ground. Only unopened 500ml or less plastic bottles of water allowed on site. No other bottles, cans, containers, alcohol or food to be brought into the venue The use of audio visual or video equipment, laser pens and unauthorised photographic equipment is strictly prohibited within the venue. Fireworks, smoke canisters, barbeques and the lighting of fires are strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to search all persons and property and to refuse admission.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. The event is not recommended for young children. However, under 5 year olds will be admitted without a ticket.

There will be a bar and food concessions within the site. There will be no cash machines on site. The nearest cash machines to the site are located in the town centre, 5 minutes walk from the site. The Nearest Baby changing facilities are located at the atlantic Toilet Block located near the SeaQuarium. Toilets are located on the sea front. There will also be toilets at either end of the event site. Tickets can also be purchased in person with cash and cheque though our national ticket centre network.
