Westfield London Santa's Grotto Tickets

Westfield London’s Grotto was the UK's first to have a 5D film and each child's name and picture features in the film, as Elbow the Elf saves Christmas. Your child will also receive a bonus gift valued at up to £5.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session.

NB: Your photo will be taken and uploaded to the Westfield database and deleted following your visit unless otherwise stated. All children visiting Santa’s Grotto will have the opportunity to have their picture and name captured before entering the Grotto. By booking tickets you irrevocably consent to and authorise the use, publication and reproduction at any time by Westfield or anyone they authorize, of any and all photographs taken at Santa’s Grotto of you or your child both individually or together, as the case may be, with or without names for the 5D Personalised Santa's Grotto film.
