Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day, during the hour before the performance starts. Please take the credit card and Ticketmaster booking reference number with you as proof of purchase.
Parking is free on the Inner Circle after 18:30. Pay and Display at all other times. The theatre is outside the central London congestion charging zone. Patrons are advised to use public transport.
The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users (call 0333 400 3562 to book tickets). There are spaces in the auditorium for wheelchair users and their companions. Guide dogs welcome and can be looked after if required. An FM assisted listening system is available for people with hearing impairments. Please request a headset from the box office when booking, for which there is a returnable deposit of 5 pounds.

No videos cameras or recording devices allowed. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. No smoking. No mobile phones. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and to make changes to the advertised programme. The auditorium and stage are completely uncovered. The venue will make every effort to complete the performance and reserve the right to stop and start the action as necessary. Performances are never cancelled or abandoned before the advertised starting time and then only in the event of very bad weather. If cancellation or abandonment is unavoidable, ticket holders will be entitled to seats up to the face value of their tickets for any other performance in the main repertoire (excludes Sunday performances), subject to availability. Sunday performances (which are one-off events and not part of the main repertoire) take place regardless of weather conditions. Weather policy: The auditorium and stage are completely uncovered and shows in the main theatre repertoire may be cancelled or abandoned because of the weather. When you buy tickets you adhere to the weather policy. Tickets are non-refundable in the event of cancellation because of the weather.
Whilst there may be age recommendations or restrictions on a production, in any event, children under the age of 4 will not be admitted to the venue. Children aged 4 and over shall require their own ticket.
The theatre grounds open 90 minutes prior to the performance start to allow plenty of time to soak up the atmosphere. Bring your own picnic with you or choose from a large range of home-made dishes, daily specials, salads and desserts.
