We would strongly advise the use of public transport, as there are no car parking facilities in Hyde Park.

There are no drop off/pick up points. Police advise to make clear arrangements to meet at least a mile away from the concert area.

Accessible Seating

There are a limited amount of tickets for special needs persons priced at 27.00. These tickets will allow you onto the open-air special needs platform with one carer. To obtain tickets call 020 7766 6050. Please remember to state your disability. You cannot purchase Special Needs tickets on-line.

There are also limited car park passes available for platform ticket holders only. These passes are not guaranteed and allocation will be on a first come first served basis at the time of ticket booking. There will be a shuttle bus to take those who have purchased platform tickets from the disabled car park to the relevant gate, which will be separate from the entrance for general ticket holders.

There will be representatives available on site within the disabled platform area and at the main arena special needs entrance to deal with any queries or problems ticket holders may have.

Disabled toilets are on site and in every toilet block.

Guide dogs will be admitted. There is no induction loop or signer for the deaf on general admission tickets.

General Rules

Tickets are not replaceable, so when you receive them we suggest that you look after them very carefully. We cannot replace your tickets under any circumstances.

All tickets are sold subject to a limit of six tickets per booking and one booking per household. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that exceed this limit without prior notification. All tickets are sold subject to the terms and conditions relating to the event.

Food and Drink:

Food and drink will be available for purchase at the event. No food or drink will be provided free of charge.

Alcohol is not permitted at the event.

Drinks in glass or cans or in containers over 500ml are also not permitted.

You may however bring drinks in plastic or paper containers up to 500ml as well as food for personal consumption.

Due to restrictions on space do not bring any containers in excess of 18 x 18 x 12 to carry food or drinks; any item larger than this will be refused entry to the site.

No chairs, tables, barbecues, prima stoves, etc. may be brought into the event site.

Other Restrictions:

Strictly no glass or cans.

No form of tent or camping facility will be permitted.

Any banners, which the organisers consider dangerous i.e. on sticks, inappropriate or likely to obstruct viewing, will be confiscated.

No professional cameras, video recorders or any form of audiovisual or audio recording equipment allowed in the event site.

No animals other than guide dogs are allowed to enter the event site.

Strictly no portable laser equipment or pens will be allowed into the arena.

No fireworks, fires, flares or burning of plastic.

Any items, which the organisers consider may be used as weapons, will be confiscated.

Persons suspected of carrying out illegal activities in the arena or other parts of the site may be searched and handed over to the appropriate authorities.

Strictly no trading allowed in the arena without the promoters consent. Outlets selling food and drink are provided.

You may be searched at the entrance.
Any prohibited items will be confiscated and stored at owners own risk.

The Promoters accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.

Children Rules

Due to the fact that this is an open air event you should keep in mind that the facilities are limited (e.g. there are no baby facilities etc).

The organisers strongly recommend that no under 5s attend the event. We suggest that this event is for people of 12 years old and over. Everybody who goes, whatever age, must have a valid ticket.
