    Surrounded by lyrics from our favourite Sheffield bands and memorabilia from the past 33 years, guests can take in the venue’s rich history and heritage as they dine. This hospitality experience will leave you feeling like you are Made of Steel * Made of Stars!

    Depending on the show / gig, we offer many different packages for this hospitality area from 3 course fine dining, street food, canapés, drinks, buffets, charcuterie boards to name but a few, plus our premium guests will be seated in premium seats so they have an amazing view of the stage.

Since Queen Elizabeth II opened the building in 1991, the Utilita Arena Sheffield has forged a reputation for delivering world class events and Premium experiences.

Our Arena is steeped in history and heritage, in our 33 years, we have welcomed music, sport, theatre and comedy royalty including Oasis, Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, Def Leppard, Arctic Monkeys, Bring Me the Horizon, Bryan Adams, Pulp, Take That, Peter Kay, Michael McIntyre, Disney on Ice, WWE Live and 30 + home games for the most decorated ice hockey team in Great Britain, the 2024 grand slam winning, Sheffield Steelers!

Our passion and commitment to our Premium customers is to be memory makers! Live entertainment is powerful, it has the ability to ignite a variety of emotions, including, exhilaration, happiness, excitement, sadness and pure joy. Nothing beats the energy, stimulation and deep connection our audience feels from the immersive experience one of our live events creates.

FAQS

Car park tickets are included with our superstar arena club package and suite package purchases. If you have purchased an upgrade ticket then car park tickets are available separately via Ticketmaster (subject to availability).

Our suites hold 12 pax, all 12 tickets must be purchased. Tickets for our superstar arena club experience are available for purchase for parties of 1 or more. Tables in the arena club are for 8-10 people therefore smaller parties may be sat with other customers. There is an online limit of 8 bookings per person. If you wish to order more than 8 tickets, please email our premium sales team at hospitality@utilitaarenasheffield.co.uk. Upgrade tickets are purchased alongside your event ticket and can be purchased for parties of 1 or more.

Food is included with your arena club experience and menus are created exclusively for each event; these will be sent out with the final details around 2-3 weeks before the event by our premium sales team.

There is the ability to purchase food for your suites, the menus again will be emailed prior to the event giving you the opportunity to enjoy our head chef’s tasty food!

If you have special dietary requirements, please continue to purchase your hospitality package online and let the team know when the menu is confirmed with you.

Final details will be sent out to you around 2-3 weeks prior to the event.

If you have purchased online then all tickets will be e-tickets, available under your Ticketmaster account either online or via the app. If you purchased directly with the premium sales team then tickets will either be emailed to you or sent out via the post upon request.

Yes, all our packages are accessible and we have lifts within the Arena to help customers get to the right place.

All hospitality tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sales are final.
