About

In the world of streaming, Toto’s repertoire is played more than three million times daily on Spotify alone by an audience that continues to get younger month to month. Over the course of July, 52% of all streams were from those 34 years or younger. There is a level of discovery on a global basis that continues to significantly grow year after year. Cumulative streaming at Spotify now exceeds 4 billion plays, with cumulative plays across all platforms approaching 6 billion plays.

The band has unequivocally had a major renaissance in popularity like few artists at this point in their career. Individually and collectively, the band’s family tree can be heard on an astonishing 5000 albums that together amass a sales history of a half a billion albums.  Amongst these recordings, NARAS applauded the performances with hundreds of Grammy nominations.

  • Incredible band and musicians - mindblowing!!

by Drummer Tash on 06/02/2025OVO Arena, Wembley - LondonRating: 5 out of 5

Fantastic show. I am a die hard Jeff Porcaro Fan and it was always a dream to see him play with Toto, but watching Shannon Forrest was incredible. What a player - top of his game!!! The new young keyboard player was exceptional and a great singer - a huge talent. They played a lot of the classics (would have been nice to have a few more) and the audience were all mesmerized and delighted with the quality of the show. Thank you - a great night!!!

  • Fantastic Show!

I'd been a big fan of Toto for decades but had never seen them live before. It was well worth the wait, as they were excellent! The support was Christopher Cross, who I was less familiar with, but he was fantastic also. Big shout-out to the greeters and bartenders in the Sky VIP lounge, who were very friendly and welcoming.

Toto were amazing we had a fantastic night. We have seen them several times but this was one of the best. I would like to wish them all the best in the rest of the tours.

  • Great night

by Rose on 05/02/2025Rating: 4 out of 5

Christopher Cross' voice/sound was poor. His group's sound was louder than him and his backing singers took over to help on the higher notes. Toto were well worth the years of waiting to see them. I missed David Paich but Joseph Williams still sounds great! Dennis Atlas is a great addition, especially as Steve Lukather's voice isn't what it used to be. Nice end to the night was sitting next to a 19 year old who was blown away by Toto!

  • Brilliant.

by Lauren on 05/02/2025Rating: 5 out of 5

Brilliant night in Birmingham, Toto & Christopher Cross were brilliant, Arthur's theme is one of my favourite songs so hearing that live was amazing. Toto were amazing, had a brilliant view, can't fault their performance at all. Crowd let them down in my opinion, hardly anyone dancing and some right miserable people in my row who weren't even clapping!! Think I was the only person in my block dancing / singing considering it's a concert! Surely sitting there miserably can't be enjoyable??? Toto & CC were brilliant though deffo would see them again but would wanna be down in the floor looked more fun / lively down there.

  • Toto & Christopher Cross, Birmingham

by Rob T on 03/02/2025bp pulse LIVE - BirminghamRating: 5 out of 5

I had a great night at the BP Pulse Arena in Birmingham on Sunday 2nd February 2025 for the long awaited Toto gig. The band are still sounding as good now as they did in the 80s and 90s. Steve Lukather's guitar solos are amazing, and Joseph Williams singing range is astonishing for a man of his age. The only disappointment for me was the absence of keyboard player David Paich, one of the original founder members of the band who presumably decided he didn't want to feature in this 20-date European tour. Toto are an exceptionally good band with some outstanding and talented musicians including their new addition, a 27-year old superstar Dennis Atlas who was an amazing keyboard player and vocalist. The other highlight though for me was the support act, Christopher Cross. I had forgotten what a brilliant singer/songwriter he is. His 40-minute set wasn't long enough for me, but it was fantastic nonetheless. He had a great band too, including one of the best drummers I've seen in a long time and three glamorous and talented lady backing singers. Catch this event on tour if you can, but be quick, you won't be disappointed.

Both very good shows, the musicianship was amazing from all involved but I have to be brutally honest the vocals from Steve Lukather and Christopher Cross were both very poor but still a very enjoyable evening nevertheles

Just a stunning performance. I've never seen Toto before, but their music has been part of my life as we all grow older. My wife who really didn't know Toto's music was blown away with the whole set! Powerful band, what musicianship. Don't miss. Backed up by Christopher Cross, what's more to love!!

  • Still Magic!

This is my 7th time seeing the band in a run that started with the Tambu Tour in 1996. Having been a lifelong fan since 1978, it took me nearly 20 years to catch them for the first time me. I know their music and I know what to expect from their concerts. That said, I am now seeing a band with only one original member, although a few members have been repeat performers. This was the first night of the current tour, and the setlist has been refreshed. There were some fluffed lines, but all in all, it was a fantastic night. I couldn't put my finger on what was missing until I talked it through with my family (3 generations attending) afterwards. I think they missed David Paich! His deeper voice was missing from the vocal mix, and his keys were really not emulated by the replacements. Would I want to see them again? I think I would have to think long and hard. I would turn out to see Steve Lukather in a solo format, but the Toto format is getting a little tired.

We had the privilege of seeing this legendary band and amazing support last night . It's been a long time waiting and another tick off my bucket list of gigs . The hydro live lounge was fab and parking an added extra. One of my best nights at the HYDRO.
