The View from The Shard is the premium visitor attraction in London located at the top of Western Europe’s tallest building, The Shard. Your ticket will include admission the highest viewing gallery in London with access to an indoor viewing platform. You can also avail of the open air Skydeck on level 72 where you can enjoy 360 degree views of London for up to 40 miles out on a clear day.

The View from the Shard is open from 18 Jul 2019 - 31 Mar 2020. Tickets are valid until 31 March 2020.   

What are the View from the Shard opening hours?

The View from the Shard opens daily from 10:00 with last entry at 21:00 before it closes at 22:00.  

What is the cancellation policy?  

There are no refunds or exchanges available after purchase.   

How long does the View from the Shard take?  

There is no time limit on your visit, however most people spend a duration of about 1-2 hours at the venue.   

Where is the View from the Shard and how do I get there?

The main entrance and ticket office is located on Joiner Street, London SE1 9QU, UK. You can get there:

By Tube - the nearest tube stop is London Bridge. Both the Jubilee and Northern underground lines serve the station, and from there you can follow the signs for the Shard and Joiner Street.

By Train – you can get the Southern and South Eastern train to London Bridge Station trains.

By Bus – the London Bridge station serves many bus routes including 43, 48, 141, 149, 521.

By Taxi - there is a taxi rank located on London Bridge Street just outside the rail station, and you can also be dropped off at St Thomas’ Street nearby.

How much are tickets?

Ticket prices vary. Standard tickets are from £22.50. Children under 3 go free and there are also family tickets available from £56.    

How does it work?

Please only arrive at your designated timeslot and enter through the entry gates upon arrival. If you have a voucher, please exchange this at the ticket desk for your entry ticket. During peak times, you may be offered the next available timeslot, which may not be immediate or on the same day. Early arrival is advised. Quieter times are prior to 11.30am daily.
