Katniss Everdeen is heading to the West End. The first-ever live stage adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ globally acclaimed book and Lionsgate’s box office smash, The Hunger Games, is set to hit the London stage in Autumn 2024.

In a ruthless spectacle orchestrated by the authoritarian Capitol, 24 young tributes are thrust into a perilous arena, forced to pit their survival skills against each other for the Capitol's entertainment. Amidst this brutality, a courageous heroine, the Mockingjay, emerges. Armed with her bow and arrow, resourcefulness, and compassion, Katniss Everdeen swiftly transforms into a symbol of revolution. Her fight extends beyond mere survival; she becomes the beacon of hope for an oppressed nation yearning for freedom.

The dystopian world of Panem has been transformed into this brand-new stage production by multi-award-winning Irish playwright Conor McPherson. Directed by the renowned Matthew Dunster, whose portfolio includes 2:22 – A Ghost Story, Hangmen, and The Pillowman, The Hunger Games On Stage boasts a world-class creative team ready to breathe life into this story.
