Public transport is by far the easiest way to get to the venue, but if you are driving, please remember that O2 Forum Kentish Town is in a residential area, which means they are in a Controlled Parking Zone that’s just for residents and permit holders. Disabled Parking: The venue is on a busy main road, so if you need to do a drop off, please be careful and use the adjacent street, Greenwood Place.

https://academymusicgroup.com/o2forumkentishtown/access O2 Forum Kentish Town takes the needs of disabled customers and those with specific access requirements very seriously and actively encourages all patrons to attend the events scheduled at the venue. We advise patrons to contact the venue via email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone on 020 3362 4110 to reserve a space in the accessible area and/or a companion ticket as soon as the event is announced, once the venue has confirmed patrons can purchase a standard ticket via www.ticketmaster.co.uk. The telephone line opens at Midday and closes at 4pm and operates Monday to Friday. Please do not call outside of these hours as you will be asked to call back. Due to Licensing and Health & Safety Assessments, we regret the number of wheelchairs that we can admit to the main auditorium is limited and we must treat all patrons on a first come first served basis. A photocopy/scan of one of the following official documents (dated within the past 12 months) will enable you to qualify for a free personal assistant ticket. Please do not send the original copy. Access card (including full name and number) DLA letter (stating care and mobility component) PIP letter (stating daily living and mobility needs) Evidence that the patron is registered severely sight impaired Recognised Assistance Dog ID card Please note that a ticket will not be sent out to your PA prior to the event. They will be available for collection at the venue Box Office when you arrive.
Can I bring my own food and drink? Sorry but no, and this includes chewing gum. The venue had bars, snack food and free drinking water available. Any bits you think you think you really need to bring for health purposes, just get in touch. Can I bring my camera/iPad/selfie-stick? Non-professional cameras are fine (no large lenses) but please don’t bring iPads or selfie-sticks. Besides, it’s much more fun to enjoy the moment and not worry about Instagram bragging rights. Can I leave the venue and come back again in between bands? Afraid not, generally, we don’t do ‘pass outs’ or re-admittance if you leave the building.
It’s always best to check the age restrictions for each event in advance as they vary from show to show. A few obvious ones: No under 8s please (think about it), but feel free to contact the venue if you’re unsure and avoid disappointment. 8-13 years, you’ll need to attend with an adult (18+) but check the event details. If it says 14+, 16+, 18+, 21+… be sure to check before you book and remember to carry proof of age if you need it. Clubs: Strictly Over 18s (Photographic ID required to gain entry). All customers are advised to bring proof of age to ensure entry as the venue operate Challenge 25.
What does ‘stalls’ mean? The stalls are downstairs in the auditorium. I have a balcony ticket, does that mean I am allocated a seat? Normally balcony seats are unreserved so it’s a first-come, first-served affair. There is additional standing room in some circumstances, though.
