The Brighton Centre Box Office no longer opens outside of event days. On event days the Event Box Office will open 2.5hrs before the doors to the venue for support with ticket queries and collections. Show running times will be listed on the event's dedicated page and posted out via our social media channels, this will include the event box office, doors and curfew. Doors to events usually open at 6:30pm and our curfew is 11:00pm but this is subject to change and it is always best to check in advance. Please note that sometimes we do not get this information until the day of the show and it is always subject to change.

Tickets left for collection at the box office can be collected any time during the box office hours. Please have your booking reference number and the card used to purchase the tickets ready when collecting tickets.

National car parks are near the venue.

Accessible tickets for the Brighton Centre can be bought online. To see the availability of Accessible Visit the event page and check the appropriate 'Type' from the list. 'Wheelchair Accessible' are for wheelchair users only. 'Ambulant Disabled' and 'Sight Impaired'. Positions are located within general seated areas, but have been allocated due to their ease of access or proximity to the stage/performance area where applicable. The accessible ticket policy limits one free carer ticket to each accessible ticket purchased.
