About SW4 2020: South West Four Festival

South West Four is a dance and electronic music festival based in Clapham Common, London. SW4 Festival takes place over the UK bank holiday weekend on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August 2020. South West Four mixes dance music, hip-hop, drum and bass and afrobeats and has quickly become one of London's top dance music festivals.

Join the partyin Clapham this summer and enjoy multiple dance and electronic music acts across ten stages. If you need a break from the dancefloor, there are plenty of street food and drink options available, along with fun-filled fairground rides. Located in Clapham Common, the non-camping festival is in easy reach of London city so you can keep the party going long into the night!

Thhe SW4 line-up for 2020 includes headlining performances from Major Lazer, Kano and Kelis on Saturday 29 August, while The Streets, Krept x Konan and Stefflon Don take to the stage on Sunday 30 August. Saturday will also feature sets from the likes of producer Jonas Blue and feel-good house maker Bakermat, and the indoor stage on Saturday will be hosted by London collective Rudimental presents Major Toms.Andy C, DJ EZ and Ms Banks are also playing South West Four this summer. Featuring some of the hottest music talent and legendary DJs hitting the decks, you won’t want to miss this year's event.

When is SW4 2020 and what time does the festival start and finish?

SW4 Festival takes place on Saturday 29 August and Sunday 30 August. The event will run from 11.30 - 23.00 on the Saturday and 11.30 - 22.30 on the Sunday. Last entry to site is 21.00. SW4 is an 18 and over event.

Where is SW4 and how do I get there?

SW4 is based in Clapham Common in South West London, Clapham, SW4 9DE. Public transport is the easiest way to get to the site and there are many transport options available:

  • By Tube - You can get the underground to Clapham Common and Clapham South on the Northern Line service. It is recommended to get home using the Clapham South or Clapham Junction stations as Clapham Common tube station will be closed at the end of each night.
  • By Bus - Clapham Common is easily reached by bus and you can get the 35, 37, 88, 137, 155, 249, 255, 295, 322, 344, 345, 355 and 417 buses near to the festival site, along with the P5 and F1. The night buses, which include N35, N37, N155, N137 and N343, also run nearby.
  • By Train - Clapham Junction is the nearest train station serving both London Victoria and London Waterloo lines. Clapham Junction is a 15-minute walk from the site. London Euston Station will not be accessible during the weekend due to scheduled maintenance works. You can also get the Overground rail service from Clapham High Street station.

The festival has no public car parking and car parking in the area is extremely limited so please use public transport.

Can I buy day tickets?

Yes, you can buy Saturday or Sunday tickets that allow you entry for that day of the festival. There are also weekend tickets available to enjoy the whole festival.

Are there age restrictions?

Yes, South West Four is an over 18's only event. You are advised to bring ID as you may be asked for proof of age and the bars will operate a Challenge 25 policy. Acceptable ID's include passports, photo driving licenses and Prove It Cards that carry the PASS Logo, such as CitizenCard, ONE-ID4U and Validate UK. Photocopies of these documents are not accepted.

What bags can I take into South West Four?

There is a strict policy on bag size. You can only take a standard sized bum bag or ladies purse/clutch bag (approx. 4.5in x 6.5in) or smaller, these will be subject to searches and security staff decisions will be final. Anything noticeably larger will not be permitted into the festival. No liquids or gels, aside from sun cream or lotion sized at 200ml or less in original containers, along with vape fluid and eye drops, will be permitted to the festival. Is South West Four Camping?

No, SW4 is a non-camping festival. However, there are many accommodation options available as it is based in easy reach London city. Just hop on the nearest tube in Clapham Common, Clapham South or Clapham North stations.

Can I book accessible tickets for the festival?

Yes, SW4 offer accessible tickets that also operate a two for one (free PA/carer ticket) policy for eligible guests. Accessible ticket information is available soon.

When will I receive my tickets?

You should receive your tickets five days before the event. If the tickets have yet to arrive five days before, please contact us. You can check ticket dispatch information here.

Can I sell my SW4 festival tickets?
