    Freshfields is a private area in the Event Arena and Downtown Village with a variety of luxury amenities to make your Rockstar Energy presents Creamfields 2026 experience even more memorable.

    Freshfields has two locations, in the Event Arena and Downtown Village. There are a variety of Freshfields Pass access options to choose between, making your festival upgrade as convenient as possible.

    Freshfields Pass (Downtown) includes:

    Private Shower cubicle

    Private toilet cabins, each containing a:

    • Premium ceramic flushing toilet

    • Mirror and sink with hot water

    • Vanity mirrors

    • Hair straighteners

    Chill out area

    • Bean bags & deck chairs

    • Sheltered space

    • Water refill station

    Freshfields Pass (Event Arena) includes:

    Freshfields Event Arena Day passes start from as little as £21.95 per person including fees.

    Does my Freshfields upgrade give me festival access as well?

    No, festival tickets are not included in Freshfields upgrade bookings. This is an Upgrade only

    into the dedicated Freshfields area in the Main Arena and Downtown Village locations only as

    per your chosen ticket type, valid only in conjunction with a Rockstar Energy presents

    Creamfields Festival Ticket.

    Can I bring my own heated hair tools to plug in?

    We kindly ask that you do not bring your own heated hair tools to Freshfields for Health & Safety reasons. Hair straighteners are provided with sanitizing wipes for after each use. If you’re Camping this means one less thing to pack and more space for your festival fashions!

    How do I access Freshfields?

    Information on where to go, timings and further details on amenities included will be sent via

    email approximately one week before the event.

In 2026, Rockstar Energy presents Creamfields marks a major milestone as it celebrates 20 years at its iconic home in Daresbury, Cheshire, over the August Bank Holiday weekend. Festivalgoers can expect the biggest names in electronic music, next-level production, and the kind of unforgettable moments that have made Creamfields a global phenomenon.

Returning from Thursday 27 to Sunday 30 August 2026, the UK’s award-winning electronic music festival once again delivers a four-day camping experience like no other. Famed for its unbeatable world-class line-up, jaw-dropping production, and electric atmosphere, Creamfields has become the pinnacle of the dance music calendar.

It’s no surprise the festival sells out year after year, drawing 80,000 passionate music fans from across the globe – because when it comes to creating legendary experiences, few do it better.

Getting there

The nearest train stations to the festival site are Runcorn Station, Warrington Central, Warrington Bank Quay and Liverpool Lime Street. There will be a shuttle bus service from the train station to the Creamfields festival site. The Runcorn shuttle service only runs from the festival site.

The Creamfields shuttle buses will be running from Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington.

Advance book your car parking through Ticketmaster.

International festival attendees can reach the festival from Manchester and Liverpool airports. From Liverpool Airport you can take a bus to Liverpool South Parkway station, and then take a train to Warrington Central. From Manchester Airport you can also take a train to Warrington Central which connects with the Creamfields shuttle bus service.

Standard

Standard tickets give you access to the Standard campsite only, which includes a 24-hour info hub and access to Downtown.

Bronze

Bronze tickets give you access to the Bronze campsite only which includes hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets, a 24-hour info hub and access to Downtown.  Please note ONLY BRONZE TICKET HOLDERS will be allowed access into the Bronze campsite.

Silver

Silver tickets give you access to the Gold/Silver & Standard campsite which includes access to hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets, 24-hour info hub, Pamper tent, free car park pass and access to Downtown.

Gold

Gold tickets give you access to the Gold/Silver and Standard campsite which includes access to hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets, 24-hour info hub, access to Downtown, Pamper tent + free car park pass + access to the exclusive Gold Hospitality Arena where x1 complimentary meal will be served each day and features indoor and outdoor seating areas, exclusive concessions and services which includes cocktails, makeup, hair and glitter tent to enjoy the festival in style*

** All festival tickets include access into the event itself.

Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a two-, three- or four-day Rockstar Energy presents Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry.

Everyone staying in Pre-Pitch is required to have a two, three or four-day Creamfields Camping ticket (Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry for the duration specified by your ticket. This means that Standard Camping ticketholders will not be allowed access to Pre-Pitch.

Tickets are non-refundable (as per festival T&C’s), however, you can still cancel your booking if you have purchased on the Payment Plan scheme and this will also ensure no future instalments come out. You need to contact Ticketmaster using the ‘Contact Us’ section at the bottom of this webpage https://help.ticketmaster.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/360006454593-Creamfields and the help team will be able to cancel your booking.

Alternatively, if you have taken out ticket insurance please contact your ticket agent and they will be able to assist further. Or you can pass your ticket to a friend.

If you are staying off-site, you will need to purchase a Non-Camping ticket or a Day Ticket (depending on what day(s) you are wanting to attend.

A Three-Day Non-Camping ticket gets you access into the event on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and allows you to leave the site each night and return the following day.

A Two-Day Non-Camping ticket gets you access into the event on Saturday and Sunday.

A Friday, Saturday or Sunday Day ticket allows you access for that particular day.

If you have a camping ticket and have decided not to camp, you will not be allowed re-entry the next day, so please ensure you have the correct ticket, contact your ticket agent with any issues.

There are no pass outs at Rockstar Energy presents Creamfields.

If you have a camping ticket and you leave the festival site you will not be allowed re-entry

If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you will not be allowed re-entry

If you have a two- or three-day ticket without camping you will not be allowed re-entry on individual days. On leaving the event after each day, you will need to produce the ticket for the next day to gain re-entry.

Yes, you can arrive any day your ticket is valid for.
