Camping Plus returns once more for Reading Festival 2025, with a selection of accommodations as well as dedicated bring your own tent camping space and warm showers with proper toilets, you can focus on enjoying all the festival has to offer while feeling refreshed & well rested!
BYOT Camping Plus Upgrade allows each person to stay in their own tent in the Camping Plus campsite.
- Please make sure your tent will fit in the allotted amount of space per person - 7.5sqm
- If there are two people in your group, you will have access to 15sqm, 3 people 22.5sqm and so on.
- As each group arrives you will be guided to an appropriately sized area for the number of people staying in your tent.
- If the tent you intend to bring is larger than the allowance for the number of people staying in it, please purchase an additional pass to secure enough space.
Price displayed is per person, each person staying in the BYOT area of Camping Plus must have BOTH a Bring Your Own Tent Upgrade and a Weekend Camping Festival Ticket. If you are part of a group, each person staying in the tent must have their own BYOT Camping Plus Upgrade to enter the campsite & stay in the tent.
Weekend Festival Tickets are not included in your upgrade price. Anyone staying in Camping Plus must also book Weekend Festival Tickets to be able to enter the campsite.
Your Camping Plus experience will include:
- Access to the private Camping Plus campsite
- 24h reception and security
- Proper toilets & warm showers
- Pamper area with blow dryers, straighteners and mirror
- Phone charging at reception (at extra cost)

Important Information:
- Camping Plus is from 6 pm on Wednesday 20th August 2025 for Early Entry ticketholders and 8am on Thursday 21st August 2025 for standard camping ticket holders. All campers must leave by 12 noon on Monday 25th August 2025.
- No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site. All Under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder (aged over 18.) This adult must remain on site throughout the whole weekend as the guardian of the under 16-year-old.
- Under 13s (12 years and under) are admitted free but must be accompanied by a paying ticket- holder over 18 at all times. Wristbands, to write a mobile number on for children 12 and under in case they get lost or separated from their guardian, will be available from the wristband exchanges, arena entrances & welfare points. .
- We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.
- Everyone staying in your Camping Plus accommodation must have a Weekend Camping ticket to gain entry (not valid for Day ticket holders) and your group must not exceed the maximum occupancy rate for your chosen accommodation
- If you are bringing your own tent to camp in, each person staying in the tent must have both a Weekend Festival Ticket and BYOT Camping Plus Upgrade to enter the Camping Plus campsite.
- All images are of expected delivered accommodations - but please be advised final products are subject to some minor changes (for example in furniture colouring or exact layout) depending on exact availability.
- Customers are liable to pay for any damage caused to structures or pitch accommodations not declared after inspection on arrival.
- If your accommodation includes power, this will be a three-pin plug for charging devices only. Using these plugs for anything other than charging may overload the circuit and cause power outages for your accommodation and those in the vicinity. Unsuitable items include but are not limited to: Coffee Machines, Hair Dryers, Mini Fridges, Kettles, and Cooking Equipment. BYOT Camping Plus Upgrade allows each person to stay in their own tent in the Camping Plus campsite.
- Please make sure your tent will fit in the allotted amount of space per person - 7.5sqm
- If there are two people in your group, you will have access to 15sqm, 3 people 22.5sqm and so on.
- As each group arrives you will be guided to an appropriately sized area for the number of people staying in your tent.
- If the tent you intend to bring is larger than the allowance for the number of people staying in it, please purchase an additional pass to secure enough space.

Camping Plus returns once more for Leeds Festival 2025, with a selection of accommodations as well as dedicated bring your own tent camping space and warm showers with proper toilets, you can focus on enjoying all the festival has to offer while feeling refreshed & well rested!
Don't fancy the faff of bringing and pitching your own tent? Unfurnished, pre-pitched accommodation, so all you need to do is arrive ready to enjoy the festival.

All tents come empty. No beds are included. Please bring all your own cushions and bedding as none will be included.
You can sleep up to 5 people in this tent, though of course, fewer campers means more space for your glad rags!
Only the advertised number of people for your tent size can stay in the accommodation.
Final products are subject to minor changes from advertised pictures, depending on exact availability.

Important Information:
- Camping Plus is from 12pm on Wednesday 20st August 2025 for Early Entry ticket holders and 3am on Thursday 21st August 2025 for standard camping ticket holders. All campers must leave by 12 noon on Monday 25th August 2025.
- No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site. All Under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder (aged over 18.) This adult must remain on site throughout the whole weekend as the guardian of the under 16-year-old.
- Under 13s (12 years and under) are admitted free but must be accompanied by a paying ticket- holder over 18 at all times. Wristbands, to write a mobile number on for children 12 and under in case they get lost or separated from their guardian, will be available from the wristband exchanges, arena entrances & welfare points. .
- We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.
- Everyone staying in your Camping Plus accommodation must have a Weekend Camping ticket to gain entry (not valid for Day ticket holders) and your group must not exceed the maximum occupancy rate for your chosen accommodation
- If you are bringing your own tent to camp in, each person staying in the tent must have both a Weekend Festival Ticket and BYOT Camping Plus Upgrade to enter the Camping Plus campsite.
- All images are of expected delivered accommodations - but please be advised final products are subject to some minor changes (for example in furniture colouring or exact layout) depending on exact availability.
- Customers are liable to pay for any damage caused to structures or pitch accommodations not declared after inspection on arrival.
- If your accommodation includes power, this will be a three-pin plug for charging devices only. Using these plugs for anything other than charging may overload the circuit and cause power outages for your accommodation and those in the vicinity. Unsuitable items include but are not limited to: Coffee Machines, Hair Dryers, Mini Fridges, Kettles, and Cooking Equipment. When are Rockstar Energy Presents Reading & Leeds Festival 2025 Festivals?
Rockstar Energy Presents Reading & Leeds Festival 2025 Festivals take place from Friday 22 - Sunday 24 August 2025 over the UK bank holiday weekend with campsites opening on the Thursday for weekend ticket holders, and on Wednesday for Early Entry Pass holders. Start times will be announced closer to the festival.
Where is Reading 2025 and how do I get there?
Reading Festival 2025 is based in Reading RG1. The festival site is located just outside Reading town centre and there are a number of ways to get there:
- By Car - It is recommended to follow AA signage instead of Sat Nav and then look for the festival signs. There are two public car parks. These are the White and Green Car Parks for weekend ticket holders, and Green Day Car Parks for day ticket holders. Car parking passes are available to purchase in advance.
- By Train - Reading Train Station serves many UK routes including London Paddington. The station is 15-20 minutes' walk from the site and there is also a festival shuttle bus to bring you to the site for a short five-minute journey
- By Bus - There is a shuttle bus from Reading town centre and station.
- By Plane - The closest airport is Heathrow airport in London, however you can fly into any of the London airports and travel to central London. From there you can get trains from London Paddington station to Reading.
Where is Leeds Festival and how do I get there?
The address for Leeds festival is Bramham Park, Leeds. There are a number of ways to get to the Leeds 2025 festival site.
- By Car - Free car parking is included with all festival tickets. All routes to Leeds Festival begin with the A1(M). The route will be clearly signposted with directions to festival drop-off points, festival campsite areas and carparks.
- By Bus - There will be a shuttle bus service from Leeds train station.
- By Train - The nearest train station is Leeds Station. There is a regular train service from major cities across the UK including Liverpool, Manchester, London, Newcastle, Bristol, Glasgow and Edinburgh. There will be a festival shuttle bus from the Leeds train station to Bramham Park.
- By Plane - The nearest airport for international festival attendees is Leeds Bradford Airport. You can then take the 757 bus to Leeds city centre.
How does the early entry pass work?
An Early Entry pass gives you access to the campsites from 14:00 for Leeds Festival and 18:00 for Reading Festival on Wednesday 21 August to set up your campsite for the weekend. These are only valid with full weekend tickets.
Please Note:
There will be no individual early entry passes sold for Reading & Leeds Festival 2025 and you will not be able to upgrade at a later date. If you want early access to the festival, you must purchase the "Weekend Ticket Plus Early Entry Pass 2025" ticket type. There will be no refunds given for this ticket type if you arrive later than 3am on Thursday 22/08/24.
If you want to arrive before 03:00 on Thursday 22 August 2025 you must purchase a "Weekend Ticket Plus Early Entry Pass 2025" If you want to arrive after 03:00 on Thursday 22 August 2025 you are OK to purchase a "Weekend Ticket"
