There are a limited number of packages available for each show. The inventory control checks are in place for your convenience, so you don't get all the way through to the payment page and then find out there are no more packages available. If you receive this message, try again in a few minutes.
VIP packages are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Connexin Live has no onsite guest parking but there are multiple car parks around the arena.
Menus are created exclusively for each event, with prices varying according to the menu and event ticket price.
If you have special dietary requirements, please continue to purchase your hospitality package online and let the hospitality team know when the menu is confirmed with you.
Itineraries will be posted out approximately two weeks before the show date.
All tickets will be e-tickets and emailed to you ahead of the show or available on your Ticketmaster app.
Children under 14 cannot enter the venue unaccompanied by an adult. Generally, children’s shows allow babies in arms up to 23 months however some shows specifically targeted at younger audiences require a ticket for anyone attending the performance. Please check the arena website’s show page for event-specific details.
