  • Smooth and Easy

    by Sandra B on 23/06/2025The O2 - LondonRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first time visiting the O2 for a show. The whole thing was so smooth and easy. There were no queue's or rushing around. It was a smooth transition from entering the O2 to finding our seats. The staff were helpful and patient. Really enjoyed the experience. Peter Kay was amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

  • Great night

A great night watching Peter Kay, his nostalgia made this such a fun night. I am not sure what the negative reviewers were expecting, but in true Peter Kay style he delivered a cracking performance which included the audience. The tribute to his nan was spot on as she has played a big part of his stand up for many years. The end of the show was fabulous the audience were on their feet joining in, and showed that his energy is still there.

  • An amazing night in Manchester

Peter Kays Manchester event on the 21 June 25, was well worth the 3 year wait! He didn't disappoint we had some of the old stuff, mixed in with the new stuff everyone was laughing, clapping even a tier by the end. I'm so glad we booked this.

  • Great Show

    by Jude H on 22/06/2025AO Arena - ManchesterRating: 5 out of 5

Booked the tickets two and a half years ago, so abit of a wait, but we all thoroughly enjoyed the show. Laughed from start to finish, even though it was one of the hottest evenings of the year. Well done Peter 👏

  • Peter was great, AO arena not so much

by Shirley on 22/06/2025AO Arena - ManchesterRating: 4 out of 5

We've waited 3 years for this performance & weren't disappointed. Peter was as good as ever. Unfortunately, we went the weekend of the heatwave. 21/6/25. They had no air-conditioning & it was horrific. So hot & uncomfortable. Peter actually struggled also. The arena needs an upgrade. You can not sit through a 2 hour plus show in those temperatures. I would not recommend AO Arena Manchester in the hight of summer.

  • Underwhelmed

    by MDT on 21/06/2025The O2 - LondonRating: 2 out of 5

I love the Peter Kay of old. But sadly, I was left completely underwhelmed after watching Peter at the O2 level on Friday 20 June 2025. It felt like a very lazy show (both content and delivery) repeating a lot of his old material. Yes, it was entertaining at times. But it was not hilariously funny like his old material and delivery. I almost fell asleep with boredom during the finale.

  • A pleasant evening but underwhelming

    by Bluey on 21/06/2025The O2 - LondonRating: 3 out of 5

We were sat in the top tier at the O2 opposite the stage so the view watching the screens was good. The first half of the show, although humorous in places relied heavily on audience participation to highlight old advert and TV program themes. This section seemed to continue and excessive on what it should but it was indispersed with references to comical situations Peter had found himself in. The second half of the show was more the old Peter Kay which we are familiar with however some of the jokes were standard stand-up comedian jokes. The final part of the show old sing along with the audience and then also Peter then taking on a blue ride over the audience. Although quite moving, I'm not sure the section of a tribute to his grandmother fitted in to a comedy evening. Generally the show was okay I felt that Peter was still recovering from whatever illness and upset he had experienced in the previous few years.
