Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds have announced 2024 dates
Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds first emerged in 2011, releasing their eponymous debut album in October of that year. The album went double platinum in the UK and has since sold over 2.5 million copies worldwide.
In the two decades prior to this release, Gallagher was omnipresent at the forefront of Britpop as the main songwriter, lead guitarist and occasional lead vocalist of Oasis, one of the biggest and most influential bands ever to emerge from the UK. In the wake of that band's demise, Gallagher's continued success with the High Flying Birds cemented his position as a principle player in the long-standing tradition of British rock music.
By the time they came to their second album, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds had already played 150 live shows in 32 different countries. Chasing Yesterday was released in March 2015, marking Noel's debut behind the desk. Another 122 shows followed across 28 countries.
The sessions for he band's third outing – spanned two years with renowned producer and composer David Holmes in Belfast and London. Who Built The Moon? was released in November 2017 and debuted in the UK at No.1, marking a record-breaking 10 consecutive chart-topping studio albums in the UK for Gallagher.
Relentless touring continued throughout 2019 with a host of headline festival dates and tours of the USA (with Smashing Pumpkins) and Australia (with U2). Following a diverse string of EPs through 2019 and 2020, the band returned in June 2021 with Back The Way We Came: Vol 1 (2011-21), a retrospective of their first decade together along with two new singles ‘We’re On Our Way Now’ and ‘Flying On The Ground’. The collection was Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds‘ fourth consecutive No.1 album and Gallagher's 12th. That same year, he was named as Record Store Day’s official ambassador.
Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds played Glastonbury's Pyramid stage in June 2022, delivering a career-spanning set to one of the weekend’s biggest crowds. The show was the culmination of a summer of acclaimed sold-out outdoor venues across the UK.

Huge oasis/Noel fan, never thought I'd see him in my home town. As entertaining as ever played some of his High flying birds songs as well as some oasis classics
definitely one of the best bands i've seen live #ilovenoel
The venue was a night security staff and over selus, stated on the website you could take picnic balanket into venue, but these were taken off us, asked if could pick them up on the way they said no, but drugs being smoked openly and this was not tackled
Brilliant set. Noel as good as ever even after 30 years. Enjoyed the Oasis numbers… Great evening all told . Love the man, the tunes and the band…👍
Really enjoyed The Big Moon who were the support and Noel and his band were excellent only trouble was leaving the venue
For a summer's evening, the views of the London skyline were amazing and the Music seemed to fit the surroundings perfectly. Noel Gallagher gets better every time I see him and Echo & the Bunnymen were an interesting blast from the past to start with. The event was organised really well and there were plenty of food and drink options to pick from. Ally Pally is a bit of a trek to get to, but we weren't disappointed when we got there - what an amazing night!!! 🤩
Absolutely blown away by Noel Gallagher - what a fantastic night! Supported by Jonny Marr, taking me back to the 1980's and 90's
He's a talented man - no question but the sound engineer gets my vote for superbly mixing multiple instruments and singers to perfection. Great set list of new High Flying Birds and old Oasis. Wee bit disappointed some of the older HFB didn't make an appearance but 1hr and 45 minutes ish covered a lot of ground Stunning graphics and Ally Pally was an awesome venue. Great views of the stage thanks to the sloping bank and then beyond to London skyline. Great selection of food stalls relatively sensible prices. Entry and exit do the venue well managed.
EXCELLENT 👌 Great atmosphere, good food, good drinks. Toilets could have been better compared to Hyde Park that's the only downfall but apart from that spot on!
