Accessibility
- Parking: There is no parking at the theatre, but disabled bays are available nearby on Greek Street and Frith Street. Visit the City of Westminster website for details.
- Toilets: An adapted toilet is available at street level in the foyer. If needed, you may have to exit via Greek Street and re-enter through the foyer. Toilets are also available on all auditorium levels, and our access host is happy to assist.
- Wheelchair Access: is through an EXIT door on Greek Street, followed by a short ramp. On arrival at the main entrance (Old Compton Street), inform a staff member and an Access Host will assist you. Dress Circle Box 1 accommodates one wheelchair and one companion. Wheelchair transfer seating is available in the Dress Circle at A2-A7, B2-B5, and C1-C4 (with a few steps to these seats). The venue can store up to two wheelchairs and one scooter per performance next to the exit door. If you have any access questions, we recommend you contact Prince Edward Theatre directly.

MJ the Musical is 2 hours and 30 minutes, including a 15 minute intermission.
The Prince Edward Theatre opens 45 minutes before the show begins.
Wheelchair access to the auditorium is through an EXIT door on Greek Street, followed by a short ramp. Please make yourself known to a member of staff on arrival at the main entrance of the venue (Old Compton Street). There will be an Access Host who will be able to offer assistance and show you to your seating location.
Dress Circle Box 1 is able to accommodate up to two wheelchairs and 2 companions. Wheelchair transfer seating is also available in the Dress Circle in seat locations: A2 to A7, B2 to B5 and C1 to C4. Please note that there are a couple of steps to these seats.
We are able to store a maximum of 2 wheelchairs and one scooter per performance next to the exit door.
