About

Multi-platinum selling singing sensations

The nation’s favourite and most-loved musical duo Michael Ball and Alfie Boe have announced their Together At Home tour

Actor and singer Michael Ball and tenor Alfie Boe met, somewhat appropriately, in a production of Kismet at the London Coliseum in 2007. The duo’s instant camaraderie and professional mutual admiration proved to be the start of a long-standing and incredibly successful partnership.

With decorated careers in theatre and opera, Ball & Boe suddenly added chart superstars to their bow. Their first album, Together, went to No.1 in the UK album charts in 2016, eventually going double platinum.

Their follow-up came just a year later, with Together Again also going to No.1 in the UK. Their third collaboration, Back Together, followed in 2019, this time peaking at No.2 in the UK album charts. In between albums, Ball & Boe embarked on sold-out arena tours and presented two televised ITV specials.

In October 2020, the duo announced they would be reuniting for a Ball & Boe Christmas album, Together At Christmas, due for release in November 2020. The album featured a host of traditional festive favourites and a guest appearance from Gregory Porter. A 2021 Ball & Boe UK tour was also announced, which would see their impressive voices tour arenas around the country in time for Christmas 2021.

As a duo, they have now sold over 1.3 million albums in the UK, received two Classic Brit Awards, sold out two headline arena tours and presented three ITV Specials.

In 2024 the pair announced their sixth studio album, Together At Home – set for release on 8 November. Billed as "a hymn to the people and places that mean the most to them", the record includes covers of Paul Simon's 'Homeward Bound', Heather Small's 'Proud', Gerry Marsden's 'Ferry Cross The Mersey', Ewan MacColl's 'Dirty Old Town', Take That's 'Rule The World' and more.

In 2025 Ball & Boe take Together At Home on the road across the UK for a huge run of arena headline shows in March and April, including a night at London’s The O2 on 13 April.

  • Brilliant show, shame about the venue

    by SazGinger1 on 15/04/2025The Brighton Centre - BrightonRating: 4 out of 5

Michael Ball always leaves everything out on the stage. Fantastic vocals and super fun interactions with the stories and lots of banter with Alfie Boe. I was front row seat 3. So disappointed with my view. The stage edge stopped before my seat and the boys performed most of the songs at the back of me on a T shape stage. So difficult to see, lots of turning round and a stiff neck. The seat should have been sold as restricted view. Spoilt the concert unfortunately for me this time.

  • Class

    by Steve on 15/04/2025The O2 - LondonRating: 5 out of 5

These guys are just a class act and quite funny also. That's probably helped by the fact they are such close friends which allows them to bounce off of each other, which gives another element to the evening. Having said that the evening is about their voices and as said they are superb.

  • Ball & Boe - A Great Show

    by Janey38 on 14/04/2025bp pulse LIVE - BirminghamRating: 5 out of 5

My husband and I went to Birmingham to see Ball and Boe. We have seen Alfie Boe a couple of times before but never seen Michael Ball before. The opening act was a magical act of a man and woman. They were OK but for me their music was too loud and they were are bit over the top, cheesy!! Michael and Alfie together were amazing and thoroughly enjoyable. They had good musicians with them and the stage big screen had some excellent displays. My only negative was the time passed too quickly.

  • Amazing Concert

    by Suzannevs on 14/04/2025The O2 - LondonRating: 5 out of 5

This is the third time my friend and I have seen B&B in concert. They are a pair of fun-loving, amazing singers/performers who are always a joy to watch and make you feel involved with their show. B&B are so natural on stage, they have such a bond that shines right out to the audience, it is impossible to miss it. It enhances their performance and the audience's enjoyment. The O2 Arena, on the other hand, is a nightmare of a place. Poorly organised with some unhelpful staff. Why is it that people who are seated on the ground floor still have to walk down those nightmare steps? Why can't access be granted to the ground floor seats via the ground floor? We also weren't made aware that there was a warm-up act followed by an interval prior to B&B coming on stage. Hence we missed the opportunity to collect our pre-ordered interval drinks. I don;t think we will return to the O2 for this reason.

  • Charges

    by Paulette on 14/04/2025The O2 - LondonRating: 5 out of 5

The concept was brilliant. Loved it. Great night But the 02 charge far too much for a bottle of water £4.10 which is excessive. Brought a few sweets that cost £4.09 excessive You could probably buy a bottle of water from Tesco for far far less. You can't take anything in with you food and drink wise which I understand but the charges are terrible. If you need water and myself and my mum are both diabetic so we need to have water with us.

  • Ball and Boe were outstanding

    by Lynnfern on 14/04/2025The O2 - LondonRating: 4 out of 5

Michael and Alfie were absolutely outstanding . We really enjoyed their performance it was excellent . Unfortunately the support act ( The Conjurors) were terrible -their act really didn't translate to such a big venue -it was disappointing that the support act was not another singer .

  • Ball & Boe were superb

    by Telstar on 14/04/2025The O2 - LondonRating: 5 out of 5

Michael and Alfie put on a fantastic show and their amazing voices filled The O2 venue making our birthday celebration outing a night to remember. The only disapointing part of the event was the support act which we could have done without as it was not suitable for the crowd there to see the vocal stars and did not provide entertainment.
