Ticket pricing structure

But I'm not happy that we had tickets in level 3 when even on the day of the show we could've bought tickets in level 1 for a fraction of the price we paid. Ticket sellers need to stop this. Make all tickets available to buy at the same time and with a sensible and fair pricing structure so customers can choose where they want to sit based on a combination of price and area in the arena - the way it used to be and the way it still is in smaller venues, like theatres. When I bought our tickets the seats left in level 1 were more expensive than the ones I bought in level 3 - which seems right to me. And the seats left in level 1 were restricted view - not the seats being offered for sale on the day of the show. How did those become available? They didn't say resale. I get it that if tickets haven't sold they may be discounted close to the show but don't think they should be discounted to the extent that they're so, so much cheaper. Those of us who need to book hotels, travel and time off work can't buy tickets last minute, so the pricing should just be straightforward and fair from the first day of sale.
