Fully accessible toilets are located outside the premises, which can be accessed by a lift that also provides ample space for caregivers. These toilets are designed to cater to the needs of individuals with disabilities, ensuring that they have a comfortable and convenient experience while at the venue.

Illusionaries is suitable for ages 14 and above; children under 14 are not permitted. Please bring proper identification as it may be requested upon entry.

- Large suitcases or rucksacks are not allowed; no cloakroom or storage available.
- Guide dogs are the only pets allowed; bicycles, scooters, and skateboards are prohibited.

- Tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is cancelled.
- Modifications, exchanges, and transfers can be made up to 48 hours prior to the entry date and time.
