Getting Here Public transport is encouraged as there are many options and no parking facilities nearby. Tube We are located less than a 30 second walk from the Golders Green Tube Station on the Northern Line. Bus & Coach Station The bus and coach station is located next to the Hippodrome and has regular National Express coaches and over 15 bus routes. Taxi There is a taxi rank available just on the road outside the Hippodrome.

Box Office will only be in operation on event nights. Box Office Collection Collections are available just before doors open on an event day. The Hippodrome box office is in the venues main foyer.

We only accept card payments. No cash is handled on site. AMEX not accepted.

Accessible Seating & Wheelchair Access Access into the foyer and stalls is available through a ramp at the front door of the venue. All performances have limited wheelchair spaces. Accessible toilets are located at the back right hand side of the auditorium. Access / Guide Dogs Guide dogs are allowed in all public areas of The Hippodrome. If you need any further assistance, then a member of staff will be more than happy to help.

No smoking or Vaping is permitted anywhere in the building, no photography or video recording is allowed. Late arrivals will not be allowed entry to the auditorium until there is a suitable break in the performance. Tickets are non refundable once purchased, as stated in the venue terms and conditions. Some of our events use high sound, visual effects and strobe lighting. For the safety and comfort of all customers, we would advise that all bags brought to the venue are no larger than a handbag. Any persons whose behaviour is likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance, annoyance or failure to comply with the reasonable request of the Hippodrome Management will be asked to leave the venue, and no refund will be offered for any tickets or items purchased while at the Hippodrome

Children are welcome at events unless an age restriction for the event is specified on the ticket. Children are classed as being aged 18 months to 16 years old

We have two onsite bars which will be open on event days.
