  • AO Arena Davis Cup

Second year of attending event in Manchester. Again, disappointing range of food items, terrible coffee. Only merchandise was a programme and an AO water bottle. Security checks inconsistent, my bag was allowed in on Friday but not Saturday.

  • Great time

We had a great time at the Davis Cup at the AO Arena, would definitely go again.

  • Davis Cup Finals - SO Arena Manchester

by Jenny on 16/09/2024AO Arena - ManchesterRating: 4 out of 5

The event was well organised. Everybody worked hard to create a great atmosphere. Due to the bag policy you can't take food or even a bottle of water in. An empty clear bottle is allowed and can be filled for free on the concourse. However the food and drink on sale at the venue is outrageously expensive. It cost £27 for 2 meal deals - chicken wrap, bag of crisps plus drink. £9 for pint of lager. What a rip off!!!

The tennis was amazing and we really enjoyed our two visits on Wednesday and Friday.Disappointed that there was no tennis merchandise on sale at the venue there was a big area designated for merchandise and plenty of staff and all they had for sale was A.O. ARENA water bottles and programmes for the tennis.!!!!!!

  • Loved the tennis so sad we lost

I was disappointed with your ticket pricing it seems very unfair that those who booked later paid much less for their tickets as a loyal fan it was upsetting to hear many people paid less perhaps if you find it difficult to fill a venue you could upgrade those who booked earlier recognising their loyalty, but I found the venue easy to get to the security staff etc were very helpful,Catering could be better particularly for anyone with allergies and the prices over the top. Nevertheless I loved every day that I attended

Excellent venue, staff and on the day presentation of event by both ladies on court. Dj good too. Tennis fabulous and not too long a wait between matches.

  • The Davies Cup Tennis tournament.

by Pat on 16/09/2024AO Arena - ManchesterRating: 3 out of 5

Getting into the arena was very good, lots of staff on hand and one even pointed us in the direction of the lift as she could see my mum was struggling to walk. The tennis was brilliant and the atmosphere was electric. The only downside for us was that you have to buy food and drink in the arena and it was unbearable trying to get through the crowds to get anything. The only way to avoid this was to go while the tennis was on, meaning you miss what you've actually come to see. Surely it wouldn't hurt to just let customers bring in a small amount of food or find an easier way to end the ridiculous amounts of customers crushing through the stands all at the same time.

  • Great Sporting Experience

by Swanna on 16/09/2024AO Arena - ManchesterRating: 5 out of 5

Really enjoyed the tennis experience, 7 hours of sport. Didn't enjoy the food at the venue, all cheap processed food at extortionate prices. Nothing healthy on offer.
