Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band return to the UK in 2025
Lauded by Rolling Stone as âthe embodiment of rock & rollâ, with more than 140 million records sold around the globe and more than 70 million in the United States, Bruce Springsteen is one of the worldâs best-selling artists. Long recognized as an incomparable live performer, Springsteen and The E Street Band's 2023 international tour marked their first live shows since the conclusion of The River Tour in 2017 â a 14-month run named 2016âs top global tour by both Billboard and Pollstar â and kicked off in February 2023 with a string of U.S. arena dates. The 2023 tour then continued into Europe over the spring and summer, before returning to North America for a second leg in August.
Backed by The E Street Horns and The E Street Choir, Springsteen and The E Street Bandâs 2023 European tour sold more than 1.6 million tickets â and earned widespread acclaim as some of the best shows of the bandâs career, receiving praise from Billboard as âthe greatest show on earthâ and "one of the greatest shows ever" from The Daily Telegraph as well as five-star reviews from The Times, The Independent, NME and many others. Highlights included a two-night kick-off in Barcelona which "unleashed euphoria", as El Correo attested, as well as performances to over 130,000 fans across two dates at London's Hyde Park and a final night to over 70,000 in Monza, Italy. The 14-country tour included multi-night stands in each of Barcelona, Dublin, Paris, Amsterdam, Gothenburg, Oslo, London and Copenhagen.
Springsteen has won 20 Grammy Awards, an Academy Award, two Golden Globes and a Special Tony Award. In 1999, Springsteen was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame â followed by The E Street Band at large in 2014 â as well as the Songwriters Hall of Fame. In 2013, he received a Kennedy Center Honor â and was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the countryâs highest civilian award, by President Barack Obama in 2016. In 2023, Springsteen was also honored by President Joe Biden at the White House with the 2021 National Medal of Arts.
Before the success and accolades, the fiercely loyal New Jerseyan first assembled The E Street Band on the stateâs beaches and boardwalk clubs â featuring many members who still tour with him till this day. In 1999, after 10 years apart, Springsteen reconvened The E Street Band for a historic series of shows documented on the âLive in New York Cityâ HBO special, DVD and album. Since the E Street reunion tour, Springsteen has toured consistently â usually with the band. Highlights have included the 2004 Vote for Change benefit tour, The Rising Tour in 2002 â including a record-breaking 10 nights at Giants Stadium â as well as the Wrecking Ball World Tour in 2012 and The River Tour in 2016, both of which were the highest-grossing tours of their respective years. According to Pollstar magazine, Springsteen is one of just four artists who have sold more than 20 million tickets since 1980.
The album that introduced the world to Bruce Springsteen remains a uniquely impressive entry in his expansive canon
At the first of his 2023 BST appearances, Springsteen finds time for reflection and poignancy in the midst of sheer euphoria

Lovely show me and the mrs really enjoyed it. Thought it was fantastic
Hadn't seen The Boss since mid-nineties and was a bit worried that he might be still suffering from his recent illness.... I need not have worried! If anything his energy and enthusiasm is as great now as it was back then. Absolutely blew the lid off a packed Oriole Park with his opening number Hungry Heart (and its reference to Baltimore) and it just got better and louder. After over 3 hours of belting sax & guitar riffs, soaring emotional ballads and stadium-shaking anthems, my ears, eyes and brain took the next 12 hours to recover. Took my nephew (it was his first ever gig) and I think he will have a hard time topping it. Now looking forward to seeing Bruce again in UK... roll on 2025!!
Bruce makes a marathon feel like a sprint. He and the E Street Band make you feel like your the only person in the stadium and bring tears to your eyes, then with the count-in of the next song you'll be laughing, screaming and dancing, feeling like you know everyone in the stadium. Every time I leave a Bruce concert I think, "was it really THAT good, did I dream that?", to the point I'm almost nervous recommending it to people or even wanting to go again. But of course, I do, and I'm blown away each time. This was one of the best, I don't know how they all still do it in their tender mid seventies but they sure as hell still can. The musicianship is absolutely on point, exceptional, world class in every respect. The energy, the sincerity, the fun, the talent and longevity. I hope to be alive as long as Bruce and the Band, never mind to have a molecule of their skill and personality. 10/10 would go again, would recommend. In fact, I've already got my tickets for next year, you should too...
Superb performance. Bruce was in great form & sounded wonderful, he never fails to please. The E Street band were superb & the connections and vibe on stage were electric. Great connection with the crowd. The sound was great for a stadium. The event was well organised with plenty of amenities. It's just a shame that some of the audience just chat through the whole evening or live the event through their mobile phones, live streaming to all & sundry with disregard to the audience around them trying to enjoy the music.
Fantastic show! My husband and I are "late"followers of Bruce Springsteen. The first time I saw Bruce, I went out of curiosity as I knew he was a legend, but I was hooked! He is a fantastic performer, musician and he is just amazing with the fans. His energy is impressive! So now I have been in three concerts and this was the first for my husband, who also found him great! Really recommended to anyone, of any age!
First concert in Wembley. Good organization. Good Stadium. Bruce the best!
Two fantastic nights in the presence of The Boss and E Street Band, what a show! Only downside was no printed tickets available, used to be a great souvenir.
The boss never lets you down, there were songs i wish he had sung, but with such a big catalog thats always going to happen, by far the best act you will ever see imo. Three hours of superb music and no long solo's that just take up time, Bruce should be on everyone's bucket list đ
Concert tickets took. Longer to come through than anticipated, however, were worth the wait.
Getting in was a nightmare. It was not possible to access the tickets on the phone because, so we were told, so many people were trying to do so at the same time. Food and drink inside the stadium was prohibitively expensive as well as being unsuitable for those of us with healthy eating habits.
