About

A huge ’00s emo party

There’s no doubt about it – Black Parade is a great clubbing experience. One of the biggest and best recurring emo nights in the UK and Ireland, music lovers who want it all are guaranteed a massive throwback party.

Black Parade celebrates old school anthems from chart-topping emo bands who made their rise to fame in the noughties. DJs spin everything from My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Paramore and You Me At Six to Jimmy Eat World, Enter Shikari, Taking Back Sunday and many more.

Black Parade takes its name from MCR’s third album, a rock opera that was recorded and released in 2006. It centred on a dying character called The Patient who is heading to the afterlife – a journey which the band sees as the “black parade”.

My Chemical Romance achieved its first No.1 single in the UK with Welcome To The Black Parade. At the Black Parade club night, you’re likely to hear that played on the decks along with loads more beautifully crafted emo songs from the ’00s.
