About All Points East

All Points East is set to return to Victoria Park for a third year in 2020. The 10-day music festival with free community midweek entertainment will run from 22 – 31 May 2020.

The first act to be announced for the event is Tame Impala, with their first album in five years, The Slow Rush, set to arrive on Valentine’s Day 2020. Tame Impala will make their All Points East debut on 23 May2020, with fans getting to hear all the new songs live for the first time in the UK.

The Slow Rush follows the band's most acclaimed album, 2015’s Currents, which won a BRIT Award for Best International Group.

All Points East are celebrating Kraftwerk's 50 years of Kraftwerk when the German music pioneers take to London's Victoria Park on May 29. The appearance will be a UK exclusive in 2020 for the electronic outfit, offering fans the chance to see their legendary live show which combines digital surround sound, breathtaking 3-D animations and robotics.

More acts have also been announced for All Points East 2020 including Iggy Pop, Johnny Marr, The Orb, Chromatics, Anna Calvi Kim Gordon, Grandmaster Flash, Jehnny Beth, John Maus, Caribou, Glass Animals, Whitney, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, Kelly Lee Owens and Holly F.

Last year, All Points East built on the success of its first year, bringing huge headliners together with brand new artists, the hottest buzz acts on the planet, multi-genre innovators and the Victoria Park community, for 10 days of discovery.

2019's All Points East headliners included The Chemical Brothers, The Strokes, Christine and the Queens, Bring Me The Horizon, Mumford & Sons and Bon Iver.

Incredible headliners were just part of the story with the quality of artists running very deep – such as Primal Scream, The Raconteurs, Hot Chip, Rina Sawayama, James Blake, Kate Tempest and Metronomy were just some of the many guests performing across the stages at All Points East.

Q Magazine awarded All Points East 2019 Festival of the Year.
