Venue Details
By car: The venue is one mile from the North Circular (A406) and five miles from Junction 2 on the M1 motorway. Junction 25, of the M25 London Ring Road is just eight miles away and Piccadilly Circus is five miles away. Major roads are signposted to Alexandra Palace.

By Rail:
Alexandra Palace station (WGAN) routes is located at the Wood Green entrance to Alexandra Palace Park. Trains run from Kings Cross and Moorgate stations via Finsbury Park.
By Underground:
Wood Green station, on the Piccadilly line is the nearest London Underground station. It connects via Kings Cross to the Circle Line on which all British Rail stations are connected. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the venue.
By Bus:
The W3 bus route runs from Northumberland Park to Finsbury Park and links the Palace with Wood Green and Alexandra Palace Stations.

The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets so please take the credit card and the Ticketmaster reference number to enable collection. If you have any queries regarding this then please contact the customer services department.

PLEASE NOTE for Red Bull Soapbox Race there is no on-site parking and we suggest using public transport.
The venue is very accessible for disabled patrons with appropriate ramps and WC facilities. Guide dogs are permitted and on-site guide dog care is also available.
No bags larger than A4 in size are allowed inside the Palace on live music held in the Great Hall

• Fireworks / Sparklers / Flares
• Animals (with the exception of assistance dogs)
• Unofficial tabards or hi vis jackets
• Professional camera or video equipment
• Bicycles
• Chairs and stools (including fold up chairs and stools)
• Only medication in its original packaging will be permitted into the venue.
Any items confiscated will not be available for collection on exit and will be destroyed.

EVENTS
1. Terms and conditions are subject to change
2. Latecomers may not be allowed to be enter the venue. The Venue reserves the right to refuse entry 15 minutes after a headline act has begun their performance.
3. No alcohol, food or soft drinks purchased off the premises are allowed into the venue
4. Strobes and lasers may be used as part the performance. Please contact Venue Management if you have any concerns.
5. Venue Management operates a zero tolerance policy to drugs
6. Alexandra Palace operates a Challenge 25 policy at all bars
7. Please respect our neighbours when leaving the Venue
8. If is Your responsibility to check that the Event has not been cancelled, rescheduled or made the subject of a Material Alternation. Information on such matters will be made available on behalf of the Organiser as soon as reasonably practicable on the Event website and/ or at the Venue. Customers are advised that the website cannot always be updated immediately and that circumstances giving rise to cancellation, postponement or Material Alterations can sometimes arise at late notice or immediately prior to an Event.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to remove persons from the venue for any reason including, but not limited to, behaviour that is likely to cause damage, annoyance, or harm to others, health and safety reasons, if the Event staff believe that You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, if Your fail to produce proof of identity or age, or if Your refuse to comply with the Organisers security searches.
10. You undertake to comply with any and all instruction given to you by the Organiser and/ or all Venue staff at the Event. In particular You are required to comply will all safety advice, site signage and no smoking areas. In accordance with the Smoke-Free Regulations, certain areas of the Event are designated no smoking. Normal statutory rules and regulations apply and should be observed at the Venue. Failure to do so may result in ejection from the Venue.
11. Access to each designated area within the Venue is subject to capacity and the Organiser accepts no liability and will not offer and Ticket refunds if You are unable to access an area due to that area being at maximum capacity .You may be required to queue so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
12. Official merchandise is usually only available inside the Venue. The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for the sale of unofficial merchandise.
13. You agree that the Organiser, its servants or agents, will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including Yourself) or property however caused (including by the Organiser or its servants or agents): a) in any circumstances where there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed by the Organiser or any of its servants or agents; b) in circumstances where such loss or damage in nor a reasonably foreseeable result or any such breach (save for death or personal injury as a result of a breach of a legal duty or care owed by the Organiser, its servants or agents); and / or c) to the extent that any increase in any loss or damage results from the breach by You of any of these Terms and Conditions.
14. In the event that you believe you have a legitimate complaint that may give rise to a claim against the Organiser, you are required to notify the Organiser in writing of such complaint within 7 days of attending the event..
15. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions and no action taken by You or the Organiser under the Terms and Conditions shall create, or be deemed to create, a partnership, joint venture, or establish a relationship of principal an agency or any other fiduciary relationship between You and the Organiser.
16. The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties in connection with the subject matter of the Terms and Conditions and supersede any previous terms and conditions, agreement or arrangements between You and the Organiser relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions
17. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions shall purpose to exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
18. Any items confiscated will not be available for collection on exit and will be destroyed.
19. Drink tokens purchased at one event are not reusable at another event or in future years
20. Alcohol cannot be brought into the Venue. It is illegal to attempt to buy alcohol if you are under 18 and it is illegal to buy alcohol for another person who is under 18
21. When fancy dress is permitted to certain events (please check your ticket) Spectators wearing costumes which are deemed politically insensitive or offensive will not be admitted. Masks are only permitted to be worn once spectators inside the venue. No imitation weapons or other potential missiles will be permitted. Not football colors/ shirts are permitted.
TICKETS
For your information this ticket is issued on behalf of the organisation responsible for the performance or event shown on the other side, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. You need a valid ticket that must be produced to get in to see the event. To limit paper use your tickets can be scanned direct from your phone on arrival.
2. Alexandra Palace is one of Europes largest standing arenas. No seats are available unless otherwise stated. There will be large crowds inside the venue.
3. Please prepare for Venue Management to ask to look into your bag or to undertake a body search (pat down) upon entry. Please review of our restricted items list at www.alexandrapalace.com/restricteditems before your visit. Refusal to either or both searches will result in admission being refused.
4. The Venue Management reserves the right to refuse admission and / or remove anyone from the premises.
5. No Under 16s are permitted at live music events. Please refer to front of ticket for full age restrictions.
6. An adult accompanying a person under 16 years of age must be over the age of 21.
7. Access to the accessible viewing platform is only permitted to ticket holders in possession of an appropriate ticket.
8. Reselling this ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void.
9. Sometimes the Event Promoter needs to make an alteration to the advertised details for the performance at short notice. If this happens then the Event Promoter is not obliged to refund your money or exchange tickets.
10. Whilst we allocate specific seats to you the Venue have the right to change these seats to other of equal value.
11. If you cannot see the show properly or there are any other issues hindering your enjoyment then you should complain promptly to the Venue Management prior to or during the show, if possible.
12. On occasions the event may be filmed or recorded. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience. If you have any objection, please contact a member of the Venue Management prior to arrival.
13. If your personal property is lost or damaged whilst at the venue, neither the Event Promoter or Alexandra Palace can be held responsible.
14. The unauthorised use of a camera, video camera or any other sort of recording device is strictly forbidden.
15. Ticket refunds are the responsibility and at the discretion of the Event Promoter, and not Alexandra Palace.
16. All ticketing queries need to be referred to your ticket agent and not the venue.
17. The Cloakroom is subject to availability. Venue Management take no responsibility for any items left in the Cloakroom.
18. No alcohol, food or soft drinks purchased off the premises are allowed into the venue.
19. Strobes, haze or smoke effects, pyrotechnics, lasers and other special effects may be used as part the performance. Please contact Venue Management if you have any concerns.
20. Alexandra Palace has a limited amount of public and disabled parking on site. A ticket does not guarantee a parking space.
21. Venue Management operates a zero tolerance policy to drugs.
22. Alexandra Palace operates a Challenge 25 policy at all bars. Please ensure you bring valid ID (passport, driving licence or proof of age card).
23. Please respect our neighbours when leaving the Venue.
24. All feedback regarding artist performance, running order, times and sight lines must be directed to the promoter and not the venue.
25. Alexandra Palace have additional terms and conditions and these also apply. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
26. The booking fee for this event includes a Restoration Levy to assist with essential works required to enhance our visitors experience at the venue
27. If anything during your visit doesnt seem right, out of place or gives cause for concern, please let the nearest steward now.
28. Music concerts are likely to involve loud music. Continued exposure to loud music is linked with long term hearing damage. We recommend you taking care of your hearing and use safe listening practices such as wearing earplugs. If you dont have your own, free disposable earplugs are available from the Info Point.
29. It is an offence to bring pyrotechnics (smoke bombs, flares or other articles) into a music venue. Entry will be refused to those found in possession of such items and Police will be notified. The maximum penalty for this offence is three months imprisonment or a level 3 fine, or both.
30. Crowd surfing, moshing, spinning, walls of death or similar are not encouraged by the venue. While crowd movement is monitored during an event and security will intervene where practicable and safe to do, customers should move out of any area or circumstance that they feel uncomfortable with.
31. Alexandra Palace has made a number of adjustments to improve accessibility to events. Given the nature of the historic listed buildings, it is not always possible to adjust for every requirement. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact access@alexandrapalace.com before your visit so we can seek to maximise your experience at Alexandra Palace.
