The Australian hard rockers announced two London dates as part of European Power Up tour

Formed in the early 70s, AC/DC have released 18 studio albums since they debuted with High Voltage in 1975. Building an audience throughout their early years thanks to the strength of their live reputation, the band hit the mainstream with 1979’s Highway to Hell, an international success of a record and their first to enter the Billboard 200. This would be the album that cemented them as one of rock and roll’s biggest acts – a position that they still hold to this day. Their eighteenth studio album, Power Up, arrived in 2020. It debuted at No.1 in Australia, the US and the UK and received a Grammy nod for Best Rock Album.

In early 2024, the band announced the Power Up Europe tour, which includes two dates at London's Wembley Stadium on 3 & 7 July 2024.

Went to Munich 9th June and What an amazing evening I've never been to a concert abroad and to see my favourite band playing was awesome even my husband said he had a great time he's more of a Duran Duran fan. I loved it that much we went to London on the 8th July my brother joined us and again a fantastic evening didn't want it to end couldn't stop crying on the train home cause I didn't want it to be the last time I've seen them. My first concert was The Blow up Your Video Tour in 1988 this was my first ever concert. Please Please do another one really soon Love you Angus ❤️

I went to see the band at Wembley on 7th July. They were fantastic far better than I'd ever imagined. I found a ticket through Gigsberg for £197 which when I saw what some tickets were being sold for, was not out of this world. I'm so glad to have seen them and will definitely try to see them again in the future...

It was the best night of my life I'm so glad I got my hands on a ticket and went outside my comfort zone to travel down from Scotland to see a lifelong favourite band that I'd never thought in a million years I'd be seeing ! Was amazing the sound was perfect for main pitch and the CROWD was spectacular honestly never been so taken care of before ! Acdc team is honestly such a family and I would like to say a big thank u to Wembley for being so great with everyone 🤟🏼 was amazing !

Great day . Guys were awesome! Still rocking at their best. We were in main standing on Wednesday. Sound was really poor . PA used to add sound for seated areas just caused massive echo effect. Moved to seated area for last 3 songs and much better. Would see again if they ever tour- please. Just not at Wembley….

What can I say? As an Aussie I grew with AC⚡DC. They defined rock and metal for me for so long. I'd always thought it would be too difficult to see them live. So I kinda just loved them from afar. I wasn't really aware they were touring. I found out just a few days before they blew Wembley apart. Looked for tickets, found tickets and they weren't very expensive either. Basically we've all seen the video's and listened to the live albums. Actually seeing them is exactly as you'd imagine except 100 times better. Basically they are the greatest stadium rock band that has ever played the literally thousands of stadia that their remarkable career has encompassed. It felt so familiar being there. Like I was destined to see them. Brian is such a great man. I am so thankful that I saw him bellow out the greatest back catalogue in rock. I think his voice was great. He is ageless in many ways. The rest of the band were sublime. So now I have to state some fact concerning Angus Young. He can easily lay claim to being one of the finest guitarist s to have ever graced rock n roll. His trademark school uniform is now a monolithic and iconic image. As I viewed this living legend blow everyone away, I realised how fortunate I really was. It's essentially too difficult to describe how burnt into the collective rock conscience Mr Young is. It was literally stunning. I was awestruck. I thank the devil himself that I was able to witness Angus in his natural habitat. I ve seen many many great bands. I ve seen many many heavy bands. AC ⚡ DC exist in their own universe. It was quite emotional for me. My Dad introduced the band to me. I really feel that he was looking down from above with a massive grin on his face. Also I must add I bought another ticket and now I have seen them twice. Perhaps Sunday was even better. Now I'm looking at getting a ticket for one of the European dates. I bought a t-shirt, my first ACDC t-shirt and I found an ACDC badge under my seat too. It was perfect. I'm kinda sad because you do feel a little depressed entertaining the real world after such an extraordinary experience. What a life affirming experience.

by SUMO on 06/07/2024Rating: 5 out of 5

This was a highway to hell for us, we just had to get these tickets, we got them as soon as went on sale, we travelled from Manchester on the 3rd long day long night we set off at 11am got back 5am next morning but worth every wink of missed sleep , what a band they are i am just so glad we got to see them one last time as i think this may be the last for Brian. What a bloke to do this @76 years old. it was awesome, 80 thousand screaming fans out of this world. Thought the T-Shirts were a bit on the expensive side but still bought 2

  • Amazing Atmosphere

by Wesstey on 04/07/2024Rating: 5 out of 5

Wed 3rd July 2024 , not seen anything as good as this before , what an experience and what a crowd generated atmosphere. Brian looked stunned at certain points by the crowd volume levels and reaction , to what's got to be the best back catalogue of rock music ever. Thunderstruck was out of this World , as was Angus's playing , Brian's vocals were strong and as they said at the start , they wanted to pick up where they left off. I think they did that and more , and their fans were more than ready to go again too. Shout out for the Pretty Reckless support too , good choice , strong vocals and good guitar work. I'm frantically looking to see if I can get back down to London for Sundays gig. You lucky people that have a ticket already won't be disappointed. Enjoy.
